Paul was very professional, detailed, answered all my questions on the condition of the house and potential improvements, and provided a detailed report. Paul was incredible! He was very thorough in inspecting our new home and was gracious with his time, answering all our questions and giving us tips on some improvements we could make in the future. His report was extremely detailed and included pictures of problem areas as well as maintenance tips. I booked David for inspecting my new house, he was very responsive and patient over the phone to explain the process thoroughly for me and answered all my questions. On the inspection day, he's there before our appointment, spent the time inspecting and explaining both external and internal. He goes the extra mile and professionally checking all major (and even minor) details. He has the knowledge and advanced tools to do his job and gives valuable advice. I've seen home inspections before but nothing compare to David's service level. Some bells and whistles include warranty, appliance call back check and recommendations for handyman and other service providers. Very friendly and accommodating guy who gives you the feeling that I'm really happy that I've chosen him and money is well spent. The report I received is very comprehensive with lots of pictures and relevant comments. Outstanding. We needed a home inspector that would help us with our home purchase. After interviewing a few different home inspectors, it was clear that David was heads and tails above the rest. Even during our initial phone call, he was happy to share his wealth of knowledge. This extended to the home inspection where he was thorough and talked us through everything he was doing, and also suggested what sorts of maintenance would be required once we did own the house. He sent us the inspection report about five hours after the inspection was completed, with detailed findings and photos of every single room. David will share the good and bad so that you can make the best informed decision as to the condition and value of your house. Best of all, David is friendly and makes the process fun with a great sense of humour.
