Waited over 10 minutes for a 3 piece meal. Didn't mind the wait as I thought my food would be fresh. Not the case at all. Fries were at least a couple hours old and cold, couldn't eat. Chicken was also old and dry, could only eat the drumstick. Tried eating the breast piece and couldn't without chasing each bite with water it was so dry. At least 3 employees stood around chatting in the back while one girl was doing all the work for multiple orders. There was also a van in front of me that was waiting longer than I did. Terrible service (except for the one girl), terrible food, terrible prices. Almost $16 for cold chicken and about 20 cold stale fries. No wonder your reviews are declining steadily. Manager should be embarrassed. Won't be back. At least the Pepsi was decent.

Just got on my lunch break at the gas station next door. Went to this KFC. Went i it was 11am no one at the counter, door is open i am inside. I walk out to check hours of operations. Yep they are open at 11am. Go back in through a scecond set of open doors. No one still make eye contact with guy at drive thru. No customers i drive thru. Time to order... nope guy ignores me and still no counter person. I left since i dont beg people to take my $$. Using their free wifi right now just to place this review. I will not be back to any KFC for a whike, good thing there is Popeyes and Jollibees

I went to drive through to order, No response and nobody was answering. I rolled to the window and couldn't find any staff. As soon as notice that they are chatting at the counter and i waived at them. She did not like it and started accusing me saying that I should wait for 3-5 minutes. I apologize for driving my car and I waited for food. She told me to move the car and wait few more minutes as they do not started preparing the meal.i waited for 5 minutes then 10 minutes no one comes out with food. I went back to drive through again and asked for food and she was upset for me not waiting and she gave the excuse that staff didn't want to come out because it's cold. It is +6 outside today. The staff td me to not look at her and go. I made the complaint to the office Rightaway. Tips to owner, stay at your business if you can and witness how your employees makes your business bad and hated by people

I've come to this kfc three times recently with family and first you walk in and are ignored for minutes upon minutes not even a hello. The one Pakistan dude is ignorant and throws stuff in the back into bags and food products. And what is with the serious amount of spice now? It used to be good chicken now its peppered to heck. Were not coming back here again.

used to be the best, now its gross. last time I order from here. my lettuce used for spicy big crunch is disgusting and almost too rotten it looks black. gross!!

Just ordered through drive thru.I ordered 3 chicken tenders combo w Diet Pepsi lite ice, small gravy and 2 original legs. And asked for 8 hot sauce.Got home . No tenders , no hot sauce, some weird chicken sandwich. . Last chance . If they don’t fix it, I’m done with them.

The food itself is pretty good as far as fast food chicken goes, but every. single. time. we order for delivery, something is wrong with the order. Typically missing sides or desserts. This time, they forgot 2 macaroni salads. Usually we would make an effort to get our missing food, but we decided this was the last straw. We let it be, ate our food, and simply won't be ordering from here again.We've also had issues with delivery since they have switched strictly to Uber eats and no longer use their own employees.

Awful customer service. The manager lady. Who dresses in her gross bunny hugs doesn’t care. Been there twice in the past month. Both times order was messed up. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
