GREAT SERVICE AND QUALITY OUTCOMES!

Really disappointed with the response from Fabriclean Kamloops. My company TKO FORKLIFT has been using them exclusively for a long time now and have always been handled fairly. This last time we checked in 16 coveralls. 14 old and two new. All marked. Picked up 14 old ones and two new ones missing. Sent my guy up there to verify and look around through misc piles. Nothing. Called and talked to rep and they say oh well. NOT OUR PROBLEM.Nice. so what is the log in book for??Too bad. I like supporting local but if my business isn't worth $200 lost coveralls guess this will be the end.Social media and my industrial sites will be flooded with this shortly.UnrealGuess they really like my linens" as in there cover page..more than me. Amazing that just the new ones disappeared."

please hire a telephone receptionist that knows something. can't get a straight answer whenever I call. Is anyone running the ship?Your drivers are always pleasant.

Owner of this Company is very rude and unprofessional, plays games and never gets back to you. Ordered Product with a non working credit card and refuses to get a new working Credit Card number to us for payment of Products he has received. We have been very patient trying to get this matter resolved. Owner has done nothing but give us the runaround for 2 years now and acts like he doesn't have to pay because it's been two years, says he is just to busy to deal with this . The owner is now threatening to sue our company if we don't remove the review for slander, nothing in this review previously or currently was incorrect/falsely accused or a lie. He needs to look up the definition of Slander. Pay your Bills !!!
