If 0/5 was possible, this place would encompass it. Go down the road to the other Shell if you absolutely have to. If I broke down or ran out of gas right in front of this place, I'd still walk across the street to Esso with my jerry can instead...

The attendant (middle aged man) overcharged me $5 since I added lotto with my gas. When told he was happy to return the money. This can be a honest mistake.But about 4 weeks back exact overcharging was done at this same place. And when mentioned the money was returned( this time was a young lady).But they are giving the bill with the extra payment which makes me feel there is a scam probably with the knowledge of ...

They helped me when I forgot my receipt. I forgot to take my receipt when I got gas in the morning. I have to keep receipts for my business and when I returned at the end of the day (9 hours later) the manager was happy to help me! His attitude towards the problem was, and I quote, “anything is possible”This deserves more stars but only allows 5

Jan 23, 2023I use the session pass. One time door never opened for the car wash but system went as the car wash done. I asked for a wash or a ticket. The cashier know it happened but refused to give. He ask to call customer care. When I call they said gas station have to refund a ticket. I want back. He said, he needs to talk with manager. He got my info. Until today (5 days) no one called back. I went back to gas station, he said, manager never get back to him. I wanted to know how far this go. I will update...Today Feb 6, 2023, never got reply from anyone. They have my info on the desk.

HORRIBLE!!!! Car wash stopped working in the middle of the wash had tons of soap on my car had to call the clerk to come open the door to let me out…after waiting for sooo long he offered to send me to a different location or come back after an hour which I declined and took a refund. Keep in mind it’s 30 degrees out all the soap had dried on my car. Horrible experience wouldn’t recommend going here to anyone stay away!!!!

Always issues in the morning. Attendee aren’t helpful. Guys basically taking a nap. Half the time credit and debit don’t work. Have fun with the atm fee. Rather spend more across town and spend it on gas. Annoying waste of time. Second time I had an issue. Never going back
