IF YOU NEVER WANT TO HAVE ISSUES RESOLVED IN LESS THAN A MONTH!!!!I've been calling every day leaving voicemails which no one has called me back. Its been 5 days of calling no response.Their Email communication is USELESS since its 1 email from them MAYBE PER DAY, to resolve issues w my account.Last email I got from them they claimed I do not have power with them it must be another provider

Price is comparable ... customer service not easy to get someone on the phone.. have had issues with billing not billing one month billing you twice the next when its supposed to be automatic! Also just recently with their Bank for auto with drawls taking 12 payments out in one day!!! which for most that is a huge impact... and not really showing they care or concerned just send out news link which clearly anyone affected would already know.

Very shady company. Made me think I would save all this money. I compared my bills to friends that have the main providers in Edmonton, I had a higher cost and rate. Offering gift cards for 5 star reviews. Slow response time with customer service. Unethetical company. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH ENERGY FOR LESS

Signed up for a floating rate plan. Obviously big mistake based on the summer prices. But this outfit charged as much as ~$0.19 a KWh. Always had troubles reaching them by phone. I contacted Energy For Less before the allotted three month cheaper than your previous provider " guarantee. Didn't get back to me until afterwards and said I had passed the window. When I explained I contacted them before

Put in a request to move weeks before moving. They never acted on the request and I was left without gas and energy with a baby in our new home. Not impressed and was told it would be at least two business days to restore. Won’t be returning.
