My partner and I went here for a late anniversary treat. It was a wonderful experience! Cassandra was amazing at what she does, incredibly gentle and respectful. Samana has made many adjustments to ensure a safe environment for their customers, we felt well-cared for and considered.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about hearth and haven. Everyone who works here does an absolutely amazing job at what they do, as well as making you feel incredibly comfortable at the same time. As an anxious person, environment is everything. They have put so much love into this business and it shows, you feel welcome as soon as you walk in. Both Brandie and Cassandra are phenomenal massage therapists, and have helped me so much with managing my troublesome backaches and pains. I have been to massage therapists in the past and I can honestly say this business is the best at what they do. I’m more pain free and look forward to booking my next one. I highly recommend hearth and haven. It’s an absolute blessing to have them so close to home. Thanks so much to all the staff, and looking forward to my next visit!

The new salt spa is beautiful! I have been there twice already and both times have been wonderful experiences. The salt room is very relaxing and you walk away feeling refreshed, able to breath better, and also your skin and hair feels fabulous! Not to mention the amazing owners and staff who are very knowledgeable about the impacts of salt therapy.

Wonderful Service and Great Massage!!! From scheduling our appointment with Kiara(the day before), to our greeting by her mother, and the massage by Brandi; all around Awesome Experience!!! The salt room was very relaxing! A great way to relax and rejuvenate when in Niagara Falls New York. It is only a short 15 minute ride to location. Also, has a beautiful view of the Niagara River just a few minutes from the location!!!!

Wow, love this place! Have been 3 visits so far, sleep better, sinuses clear up and skin and hair are so soft after. Very relaxing. Wonderful, professional staff, great massage!!!

Thank you so much Brandie for an incredible experience! Inside of the spa is a serene setting and very relaxing. My 90 minute therapeutic massage was invigorating. My stress just melted away. I will definitely be coming back!

It is a fun event for a group of friends to do together. The next day my hair was softer, my skin felt amazing and I could breathe so clearly. Loved it will do it again. And they have cool accessories, salt shot glasses, lamps, etc.

It has definitely help us out my breathing and lung capacity is noticeably better after 5 treatments. My wife has not had to use her inhaler as much it definitely helps her asthma and bronchitis. Thatk you and the people who work there are very friendly and people oriented. Highly recommend
