My experience was horrible. If I could give less than 1 star , I would. David was not in the slight bit kind. The listing was nice but some areas smelt of mold. I’m also pretty sure I saw a rodent running on the premises. I wish this went better because it’s such a beautiful area ( property on Balasm Lake). I will be finding a new agent.
