Dr. Gruschenko shows a great deal of respect for his patients and knowledge of his profession. He listens to his patients and sees them within 15 minutes of their appointed time. He is very judicious in the dispensation of prescription drugs and carefully considers the patients health profile before making decisions in all matters. He is intelligent

I phoned the clinic about the time of their clinic hours because I have to send my daughter to the doctor. The receptionist asked me if I have an appointment I said I don’t have then she just hung up the phone. When I went there she told me it is not a walk in clinic . She should have told that to me, but she told me I didn’t ask. What a bad costumer service, the receptionist is not well trained to asnwer the call in right manner.
