I was panicking that my car was a write off. We broke down on Friday on a trip to Edmonton, engine was overheating and fluid was everywhere. Even though they said they couldn't look at the car until Monday Lainey/Lonnie (Forgot the name) Came out right away and spent some time figuring out that it was just my rad cap. Got us back on the road in time to make our destination.

I was quoted one price ( firm) and we both understood the repairs to be done and was charged a higher price without explanation when I picked it up, I didn't argue and paid but will not go back.

Not happy with my recent trip. I felt ripped off. I won't be taking my car here anymore. All I needed was a heater core flush and next thing I know, my car is out of fuel (and I left plenty), my car won't start (which has never happened), and finally I was charged more than double what it should've cost for a flush. Terrible experience and I won't be back.
