We contacted 905 Ceilings to have a California knock down ceiling removed and painted on the top floor of our home. Richard met with us to review the job and rather than simply provide us with a quote for services based on our original goals, he was extremely helpful in us considering cost effective alternatives.At Richard’s suggestion, we ended up simply repairing an existing issue with our ceiling and repainting one of the rooms where water damaged existed.Richard's work was outstanding. From the very beginning, when we had a consult with Richard, right to the very end we were very happy with our experience with 905 Ceilings. Richard is very professional, respectful, and responds to queries in a timely manner. He made it clear from the very beginning that his work is excellent, and there is no doubt about it that that statement is true. He was always on time when he arrived each day and he worked very efficiently and was always tidy, cleaned up after himself, and was respectful of the other areas of the house that he was walking through and going in and out of. In addition to repairing our ceiling and taking down the popcorn texture, we also had him install pot lights and the electrician that he used was also very good and professional. Richard displayed a friendly professionalism from our initial meeting. Sent a detailed cost estimate to remove popcorn ceiling and repair drywall seams, and suggested we get other quotes before making a decision. He is a great communicator, began and completed the work as promised, gave ongoing regular updates about his work, allowed us to ask questions and provide feedback. He carefully protected the hardwood floor and entryway, setup plastic sheets and sealed the room off. Surprisingly there was never any dust because of his negative pressure HEPA air purifier and frequent cleanup. He also took time to give great advice about how to do crown moulding, even providing some leftover materials to patch and paint. He is a craftsman, has perfected his technique to provide an amazing final product. His courteous and personable demeanour make him a pleasure to deal with. We highly recommend him!

He arrived on time, was professional, personable and did an excellent job. We was very particular about laying down protective mats from the front door to the work area.
