Very good customer service and quick deliveries! I ordered leaf springs and bushings from them and they arrived in a day just like they told me. No delays! My new go to place to get off-roading gear.

These guys guys are great. They accidently damaged my elka suspension, but they made it rite by ordering brand new replacement elka suspension for me. 5 stars for good business practice. Definitely not upset about this. Accidents happen and these guys made it rite. I would recommend them to anyone for the honesty high level of care for customer satisfaction!!Keep up the great work guys

After initially being disappointed that I couldn’t get an email back from them, the manager Joey went out to his way to reach out and take care of me personally ensuring me that the email chain had slipped through the cracks as they were super busy, but still wanted to give me the best customer experience. As a business owner myself I was really impressed with the accountability, the quick responses and most of all the knowledge and experience. The staff was friendly and helpful in the shop, and the work was done well and for fair cost. Had a front bumper mod and winch installed with light bar on my Tacoma and it looks/ performs amazing. I’ll definitely reach back out to these guys for more work in the future.

I ordered a lift kit for my suz to be told three weeks an it took over three months. I asked to be notified when they will be delivered so i don't miss them. Well i wasnt told an almost missed them as they were almost sent back. Getting the parts there not even for the right year, make, or model. Sent the parts back an was told they were on it an would figure it out. only to go on vacation an not tell me or anyone elts there about it. So I'm now four months with out my suv. An they still wont refund my money so I can try an find the parts elts where.

I went there to purchase some accessories for my truck with their help and suggestion. However, they were very busy and there was nobody to help me out and even give me an idea. So I left and I saved my money for the next accessories shop with the right people to help me and build the things that I love to build and change in my truck.

Joey at the North Vancouver NSOR is very knowledgeable, and has put in a ton of time and effort to get me sorted with a “hard to find”winter tire for my truck. In this day and age, hard working people are a rare find. Thanks for putting in the work buddy!

I had my ten year old truck lifted and replaced everything to do with my suspension. Amanda made great suggestions; there were no surprises and the work was done in the promised time period. All this while they were moving to their new location. It’s nice to have everything go right at a time that excuses seem to be the norm. I would recommend North Shore off Road to my friends. I be back for tires soon!

finally got my aggressive cmc done on my 3rd gen tacoma for 35s. big thx to joey@nsornorthvancouver for excellent customer service and of course not to forget angelo@nsornorthvancouver who did an amazing aggressive cmc on my taco. he made it look like soooooo OEM that u can never tell that its been chopped. i highly recommend NSORnorthvancouver for their skills, experience and knowledge.

Picking up the Suv LR of my partner who is hospitalized for serious lumbar decompression surgery; they did not trust a server to make the high labor payment for the installation of Side-Steps which in turn was installed only in a way to show and not as required (within a foot or at least half a foot), to easy access to the Suv LRThey ask for an advance before starting, they pay on time with Visa collected by phone and when they collect at the end they do not trust the client to cover the payment with Visa in the same way.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! They lose confidence & trust closing business with the Costumer. They think that the Costumer will steal something impossible from them when they collect your financial information over the phone. What a way to waste the money, For one thing that does not fulfill its reason to make easy access to the LR vehicle.
