I had the pleasure of dealing with Ryan when looking for a used truck. He was very straightforward and honest. I was able to give the truck a good test run, and all was fine. Shortly after having the truck, a minor issue came up and Ryan took the truck back for a few days. He resolved the problem and I haven't had an issue since. I wouldn't hesitate dealing with Ryan again when in the market for a vehicle.

We wanted a reliable car and Ryan made sure we left his lot with exactly that, a reliable car. We purchased a 2003 Honda and it has made us very very happy. Ryan was easy to talk to and listened to us about what kind of car we were looking for and the price. We will go back to Ryan for our future car purchases.

Hilariously bad sales staff. I've reached out via email and text to inquire about a vehicle in their inventory. Completely ignored, have not gotten back to me a week later, though the vehicle is still listed. I guess I'll take my business elsewhere.

I am very pleased with my purchase of a Ford Expedition at Totem City Motors. The vehicle had a number of issues: all of which Totem quickly remedied. I recommend Totem to anyone looking for a good used vehicle.

Low prices, great deals. Extremely happy with my new vehicle. Bought a 2004 Murano with 122,000km for $7500, had a few minor issues and Ryan took care of them right away (tail light needed changing, headlights needed cleaning). Very good customer service, would definitely recommend.

LOW PRICES, GREAT DEALS!!!Very happy with my purchase and how smooth everything went. Bought my 2005 chevy uplander for $7000 in October, it came with 2 sets of tires, only had 80,000km on it, very clean inside and out. Ryan even booked a tire change appointment for me. Any questions I had were answered honestly and informatively. I would definitely recommend buying here!!!

ryan said he would send me in a safe car, while i was leaving the province the brake light went on, the muffler almost fell off and he ignored my calls and said good luck with the repairs. i payed $3000 for a 2007 ford taurus. do not recommend and will be considering suing.

Just tried to buy a vehicle, left for 5 minutes to go to the bank to get a money draft. Called to see who to make it out to and Ryan sold the vehicle out from under me. He said I should have made a deposit but did not say this to me at the shop. Also, he said there were no problems and that he had had it inspected (but didnt have the results of the inspection so obviously he hasnt actually looked at the results), but when we looked under the hood ourselves there was clearly an oil leak that had been building up for a while (not just from spillage while changing the oil as he said it was). Definitely seemed sketchy and was not impressed that he sold the vehicle in the few minutes I was gone.

Bought a car here and was absolutely guaranteed the a/c worked. Bought it during a cool season so had no way to tell. Now that our screeching hot summer is here, no the a/c doesn't work... it's outside of their warranty time , so either I sell it as is or spend over $1000 to fix.

Shady! Bought a vehicle with the expectation that certain things would be fixed and dealt with like finding a jack for the vehicle as well as a proper lug nut remover. We had to go back multiple times to receive the spare that we were told came with the vehicle and to get the battery that died 12 hours after we took the vehicle home. Since we were having a baby very soon we didn't want to worry about anything. We were reassured over and over before we bought the vehicle not to worry as everything would be dealt with. It wasn't. Well, it was, but by my husband while I was in the hospital with our little one! I will say, 6 months later and we've only had minor issues to deal with. Take that for what it's worth.
