We recently used Scooter Rooter to fix a drainage problem and were very happy with the service provided. It was my first time having them fix a plumbing issue at our house and it went off without a hitch.The drain to the road is now flowing better than ever after a couple quick visits. Out of the 3 companies I called one afternoon last week, Scooter Rooter was the only one who was able to give me a quote on the spot (and a reasonable one, at that). They arrived within the hour and did a bang-up job cleaning both my grease traps. Will be using them again and again - highly recommend!

I recently renovated my rental unit. Upon renovating, I ran into a few issues both in the washroom and kitchen. I used Scooter Rooter (as we have in the past). I was able to speak to a knowledgeable individual who scheduled an appointment for the same day. The plumber replaced the p-trap in the washroom and replaced the kitchen sink as well as the taps. Efficient service. The plumber ensured my home was left clean and both sinks were working much better than before they came. I would recommend Scooter Rooter.

First time using Scooter Rooter, very happy to say the least. We had a copper water pipe that broke in our basement late sunday night. The plumber was at our home within a half hour. Within 45 min Pat had the problem fixed and the water back on!! Thank you to the Scooter Rooter team!

An excellent company. Great customer service. Very reasonable prices. A pipe burst in my home which was not a fun day. They were here within an hour as it was an emergency. James Kelly, one of their plumbers fixed what he could and limited the damage which would have been a lot worse without his help. Had them in twice more since then to assist in small parts of the reconstruction. Highly recommended if you need a plumbing company.

Had a massively clogged kitchen sink. Called and plumber arrived within 2 hours. He was knowledgeable, professional, polite and efficient. Fixed the problem and corrected a few other issues well within 2 hour minimum. Reasonably priced at just over $200 including parts and taxes. I would use them again and recommend them.
