Love the food but bad service. I tried ordering food before going so that they could prepare it for me but when I went they had prepared something completely different. They didn’t have what I wanted and when I asked if they could make anything for me they didn’t so I left. I was mad because I had promised people to get them the food but unfortunately I couldn’t.

Today we had breakfast there. The manaeesh is very good, the sweets are sooo delicious, and they have the best pita bread. Nice and helpful staff.

They have a wide selection! They’re always nice and it’s clean here. It’s an exceptional business. They have sweets, baked goods, a nut bar, and a bakery (with a few cheese and drink items in the fridge). They make fresh pita here everyday. Also, you can have your stuff heated if you ask (most times they offer). I docked a star because there’s times I’ve been there 3 times in a week looking for a certain item and they didn’t have it. They said to call in ahead of time but not much instruction was given on when to call or how long it takes.

They need to learn how to deal with customers. The girls on the cashier have no respect for the customer.I don't recommend this place

Honestly pretty disappointing service. Two stars because their food isn’t bad. But literally standing in an empty store with a baby waiting while two people who made eye contact several times continued fiddling with the register. Not a “hello” or “be right with you” nothing. One went to the back, I assumed to get some help. Then she came out and just left. Other girl answered a phone call. I was a ghost in an empty store. Only customer. I walked out.

Good pita bread. Price keep changing which is very confusing. They increased it recently.Cashiers need much better training in customer service. It seems they don't know the concept!

Amazing staff at this location and great service. This is some of the best manakeesh I’ve had in London at very affordable prices. Highly recommend checking them out and trying their lahmeh (meat) manakeesh or spinach manakeesh! It’s delicious and worth every penny.(I don’t have the best photo - we had them for leftovers the next day!)
