Store has many products. So why not put the correct tags under the products. Instead a wack employee argued that I can't read the tag. Actually the tag was under another product! Is it my job to place pricing in store? Or is it my fault you can't do your job right?Keep up the good work on your minimum wage job!

Won’t ever shop at this location again ! The guy named Sanjay is very rude and doesn’t seem to want to help you if you need it . Also I’m a 46 year old disabled man and I shop at Pet Valu because they have a excellent program where if you buy 12 bags of cat food you get one free well when I tried to get my free bag Sanjay said that I couldn’t get it now I had to get it later when I left I checked my points and realized that he had taken them so I couldn’t get my free bag . Not very nice to steal from someone but you have to be a special kind of lowlife to steal from the disabled, I plan to complain to head office this is no way to treat a loyal customer of some 15 years

My favourite pet supply store absolutely... I do get many of the same item though and I am constantly hopping around 4 locations over the last two months always searching for the same thing just because they're constantly out of stock unfortunately. I don't think it's any fault of their own and I still stop there anyways but I find myself going to near Hamilton to get specific training equipment I desperately need. Nonetheless, still be go-to pet store. Just wish they had more training collars, Gentle Leaders etc there is never more than a couple when I seem to need them! Some locations (like Trafalgar/Dundas) do not even carry the Gentle leader at all. My favourite is the Dorval/N. Service and Fairview/Walker's, they tend to have the best selection.

Just got my dog groomed by Chantal!! I couldn’t be happier with the result! I’ve had dogs for over 30 years and this is the best grooming experience I’ve ever had! She is knowledgeable, kind, experienced, and professional! Thanks Chantal!! Marshmellow is a happy pup!

Outstanding service and a warm, happy and friendly visit, no sales pressure only intelligent knowledgeable information.The Owner went above and beyond to help us with some feet protection for our bichon. They not only ordered the product we needed for us , but it was delivered to the wrong store, the owner made arrangements to pick up the product had his wife bring to there family home and to the store for us the following day.My wife and I have purchased many great product here and due to the service , we have made this OUR PET STORE, we tell our friends and are now telling the worldThank you Pet Value.

Took my parti poodle to 1235 Fairview location for first time. I’m in town visiting family and she really needed a grooming. I’m so so please with how she looks. Chantel did an absolutely amazing job. Joon is just a year and a half and first time at this groomer so I’m really impressed. I’ve already had so many compliments and we just had her done today. Thank you Chantel.

Great store, always pleasant and always says hello when you walk in. Great selection but most of all Chantel the groomer is amazing! So great with our lil pup and the hair cut was fantastic! Wont be going anywhere else from now on!!
