Beyond The Basics was able to provide quick and friendly service to resolve the issue I was having with my spin bike and the bike has been working with no issues since they came to repair it! I would highly recommend this company for any fitness equipment repairs.

A very pleasant experience with an out of town purchase. Arron was excellent to help with any questions and provide great customer service. Well worth the 3 hour drive to do business with this team. Very helpful along the entire process. Super happy with our new Schwinn. 100% recommendation to work with these guys. No money wasted on an expensive showroom, just great people and great customer service selling exceptional equipment. Thanks again! We are absolutely coming back when it’s time to expand the fitness equipment at home!

I recently purchased a Squat Rack, weights & bar from BTB and I was extremely impressed with the service, and their patience in answering all of my questions to find exactly what I needed. They even delivered it to my house and set it up for me, and while here their Service Mgr fixed my existing exercise bike that was not even purchased from their store! The equipment is amazing, however their service might be even better. Highly recommend!

This was the best fitness equipment place that we visited. The people there are very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. They are great at explaining things, making helpful suggestions and if you struggle with fitness terminology the really lovely response I got was that they were there to help with the terms so not to worry. I highly recommend this place!
