I had a mani, pedi and massage. All lasted 3 hours with AnuI found her to be very kind, friendly, thoughtful, during my time with her. I was very happy with mani and pedi. And felt very relaxed after the massage.Thx,Amy

I had a great time with my hot stone treatment and It was so satisfying and Especially Anu what a good effort and work by her. I am saying Anu has the best service, I have had in my entire life.

Went for a Mother’s Day pedicure and they went above and beyond! Not only do they do a pedicure, they also finished off both pedicures with an 30 minute foot and leg massage!Amazing and thorough service with really professional and kind estheticians! Would highly recommend!

***EDITED TO ADD 23 hours later, three of my nails are badly chipped. This polish was old and globby and didn't cure properly. I'm very unhappy. ***I had such a disappointing experience here today.First, while the spa is still in the hotel, it is no longer affiliated with the Delta, which means no more pool/hot tub access, and no underground parking.Second, while the space is still nice, the lovely little special spa-like touches are gone - no more slippers, no glasses for water (disposable plastic cups, instead), lower quality nail polishes (and fewer colour choices than one would hope), and in the place of the little trays of nice chocolate they used to have, there's a bowl of those green and white striped mints that nobody eats when they come with the restaurant bill.Prices are the same, though.The good part was the tech who did my pedicure and manicure, Anu. She was very friendly and accomodating right off the bat, offering me tea, getting me settled in the chair, adjusting the lighting etc. When she got my feet settled in the water and was going to get me tea, she got pulled into a phone call, and I heard her repeatedly trying to tell the caller she had a client waiting. Nevertheless, I was left there for 15 minutes and nobody returned until I actually yelled HELLO? IS ANYONE COMING BACK?". Not relaxing.After Anu and the other staff member apologized

I really recommend people to visit this spa. It's not only the best spa in Victoria but also five stars. I had a great experience with Anu. She's so skillful and experienced. I had a stressful week but after this treatment today I feel so satisfied. It’s worth spending time here. The facial was so relaxing with the eminence products. I can just easily see the results in like 75 minutes. I had a signature deluxe facial with eye and lip treatment (Eminence). It was amazing. I didn't expect that this was going to be really effective. People please go try out Damara with Anu. Trust me you won’t be disappointed.

Best massage ever! Siva was wonderful and really took the time to understand what I was seeking from my massage as I came in with some circulation challenges. The pressure was perfect…therapeutic and relaxing at the same time. He also gave me plenty of helpful tips on lifestyle, diet, etc. to improve circulation moving forward. Comfortable, cozy room and hot towels at the end. Highly recommend!

Oxygeneo is the best facial I have ever had. Anu is amazing, she took her time and she gave me an incredible treatment. The oxygeneo gave me immediate skin tightening and I had long lastin results.Thank you Anu and thank you Damara Day Spa, I’ll be back for sure.
