I reached out to Dr Alfaro after randomly seeing one of his super fun and informative vlogs on social media, and I can honestly say he's by far the best dentist I've ever been to and I can actually trust!He takes the time to explain everything in layman's terms, instead of the quick BS reasons other dentists vaguely offered me before doing extensive unnecessary work and basically ruining my teeth in my early 20s.FIVE stars to Dr Alfaro, his team, and his immaculate practice!

We greatly admire and appreciate his professional abilities.Additionally, Dr. Wu exhibits excellent communication skills. The best dental clinic! Dr. Wu is a very patient and highly skilled dentist. He knows that I’m afraid of needles so he tries his best to not giving me needles tho the process may takes longer. Got all of my wisdom teeth out here, teeth cleaned, cavities fixed. Reasonable charges. Great customer services. Highly recommended!!!

My wife and my kid have been visiting this dental office since we moved to Richmond. Dr. Wu and Dr. Li are always friendly, professional and efficient in getting our dental work done. They are so patient in explaining all details on how to care baby / kid's teeth. Highly recommended for any family looking for a friendly dentist.

Very poor customer service and rude dentist. Family has been going to this clinic for 15+ years and very not impressed with new staff, particularly Dr. Alfaro.

Honestly best dentist in town!! Just had my wisdom tooth removed, it’s a very smooth process. The dentist is super patient.
