Repaired my ebike amazingly well and tuned it. I was panicked because other places in town couldn't or wouldn't but E-motion scheduled me in a few days in advance they had it repaired the same day I brought it to them! I'll be sure to visit them for all my ebike needs!

Haven't ridden a bike in over 40 years. Bought the Velec A2 and LOVE it! My experience with William was exceptional...helpful, so very patient with my questions and getting me set up for safe riding. He even took time and escorted me to a near by bike path after I got lost riding to his store! I highly recommend E-Motion as the place to buy in London.

Who knew the e-bike business was so cutthroat? I'm clearly referring to a number of ? VERY QUESTIONABLE ? reviews on here. Read carefully and judge wisely - I am a real person (lol) and a satisfied customer. I researched e-bikes for two years (thank you covid) and looked at a LOT of alternatives in a LOT of shops. Narrowed it down to three - cheap but great value HyperV at Walmart, Great value but no local support RadRover, and good value but not the cheapest option - Fat 350 at eMotion. Bought the Fat 350 at e-Motion and so far am pretty happy with it (two weeks and 100km of riding). The premium to have the bike assembled professionally is definitely worth it if you are not already very experienced at bike repair, and the comfort of knowing there is a repair shop that will fix it if needed was the deciding factor.

I had a transformative experience on the Surface 604. I felt like I was flying and joyful like I dream. The shop owner ACTUALLY cares about your experience and comfort as a rider. He’s not just trying to upsell… genuine “great people”. I wouldn’t spend my money anywhere else! If you are looking for natural antidepressants! Look no further!

I can assure you I was in your store. I can understand why you don't remember people that were treated poorly in your store. You seem to have an abundance of them. Terrible place. My retired brother in-law Bobby was there and they persuaded him on buying 3 e bikestotally 6500. All display models with imperfections. He had a problem with one of them and he was giving the The runaround on who's the blame for a 75.00 part . Tried to charge him for parts and held his bike for over a week. Finally he was told it would cost an extra 350.00. he said no and brought his bike to me. There was a cable unplugged and I plugged it in and all was good.Buyers beware

Im not one who often leaves reviews, but what an experience at E-Motion! I went in as a customer, and felt like I left as family. They genuinely care about your wants/needs and go above and beyond to ensure you get exactly what you want. Even made special accommodations so I could pick up my ebike after the store closed. (Which arrived exactly when I was told it would.) In a world filled with cheap marketing tricks to get you to spend more, It's so refreshing to experience an old-school mentality of business operations with such a level of passion, honesty and integrity. You simply don't get this level of service through corporate chain stores. The bike itself is the newer PEAK model and boy does it run well! Very happy with my purchase and I'm confident this will ease the transition from car to bike.If you're thinking e-bike, bring your thoughts here, you won't be disappointed!
