RBC Royal Bank

We arranged a virtual meeting for our mortgage renewal and agreed to a 5 year fixed rate mortgage at the meeting. When our contract was emailed to us it was a variable mortgage. When I pointed out that we had agreed to fixed rate not a variable rate they came back with a higher fixed rate than what we had agreed to at the virtual meeting. When I called the branch manager and asked her to look at the webex meeting we had she claimed it had not been recorded and that they would not honour the rate we had been given at the meeting. We had an email where we confirmed to the mortgage specialist that we wanted the fixed rate she promised us but that wasn't enough. Get everything from them in writing. They are trying to push variable rate mortgages on people because they know the rates are going up.

I have been with the Royal Bank for an awful long time. Have all my investments, as well as personal and other savings. Never have I ever wanted to leave an organization like I have, after I left this bank today. Made a large purchase, needed the money within five days, they were unable to accommodate me until two weeks. Unacceptable! Loosing my business.

Don't waste your time , worst RBC branch in London. They don't even try to fix your problem because they are not professional.very aggressive attitude on several cases and staff is NOT polite, NOT respectful and NOT good with communication, too many mistakes and not even feel guilty about it. I feel regret to be RBC client, I'm going to close my account because of this branch, No zero star that's why I gave them one star and even this one star they don't deserve it.My advice to RBC to close this branch for their reputation or change ALL staff there.

I mean I can't say much because I haven't actually talked to anybody here. But I requested an appointment by phone and it was supposed to be with Stephanie Fisher-Hernandez, as it says on the notes, for 12 PM. It is now 12:30. Sorry, but I promised my dog 12:30 is play time so I guess that's that :) But Stephanie really needs to pay attention to her meeting notes and see that the appointment is by PHONE and not wait for me to come in.

My long time experience with RBC face a huge challenge. When I did ask about unexpected unregular fees on my biz account fees, the response was like 'Can you take a look this is how they stole my hard working money? Hmm I don't care.' With more 20yrs, with RBC this thing happened first time , What I got was a white booklet saying How to make complain.

Not satisfactory service!Recently, just booked an appointment with them via phone. I never got any call from them until I left two voicemails and finally they called me after 45mins! They also wanted me to send some documents via email, but never get back to me to confirm if they received the documents and the issue is addressed, again until I followed up with them after one week!That's not the thing we've seen from RBC within last four years. We always had great experience with them in other branches, but this branch? not recommended!

The manager here has got to be the most helpful bank staff member I've had the pleasure of working with. Couldn't have gotten through the hell that is credit bureaus without his help.

First they always open late and never put a thought out to business clients. Second, they do meetings in front of everyone that is waiting at the door while it’s opening time like we work for them and don’t have a schedule. Third, very aggressive attitude on several instances and staff isn’t very good with communication. I honestly want to know what RBC thinks of this

Worst RBC branch in London. They don't even try to fix your problem. First time I've wanted to change banks after 20+ years of being a customer.
