Peaceful Restaurant
We did a family styile meal and had the eggplant, vege potatoes tools, pork steam buns and Dan Dan noodles with tofu. The vege options were very good for those that want to change it up.Eggplant is not really my thing but they made it very tasty - still firm and full of flavour.The pork steam buns were good, but nothing spectacular.The potatoes rolls are an awesome meat alternative. Great roti roll with hoisin sauce.The Dan Dan noodles were fantastic - great peanut flavour and plenty of sauce. The noodles are unbelievable - a Must Try.

Extremely disappointing dinner experience. The food was average at best - the only saving grace were the beef rolls. The service took forever, the server spilled an entire cup of water on me, waited way too long to get our order in when there was only one other table in the restaurant. The food took forever, and they ended up forgetting one item. We were completely ignored by the server the entire night. The restaurant was practically empty too. Completely unprofessional and terrible service, and our group left hungry - no apologies from the server either. We ended up going across the street to the mcdonalds for a better dining experience.

I don’t often get a one way ticket to Flavourtown, but when I do I write a review. You know you’re gonna have a good meal when the Lord of Flavour, Guy Fierri himself has his seal of approval stamped on the wall right when you walk in. I was seated quite quickly, and you know how they say it must be a good Chinese restaurant if you see lots of Chinese people eating there? Well, I didn’t see any Chinese people only rich old white folk, which means it’s even better.I ordered a beer and it came with a tiny glass that made me feel like Andre the Giant, a serious plus (see attached photo for reference).The Dandan noodles I ordered (fat not skinny) were amazing, thick hand pulled noodles with a spicy sour, nutty sauce and greens. At $10.95 you can’t go wrong. What a dish. The chilli garlic shrimp was crispy, sweet and spicy. The pan fried bao were nice as well. Overall, I don’t know if I’ve ever had noodles that I enjoyed more. I ate too much, and now my stomach hurts and I’m pretty sure I’ll have trouble pooping tomorrow, but it was worth it.Will certainly be back, maybe tomorrow!

The food tastes great. I tried the cilantro lamb, the garlic prawns, the peaceful beef roll, and thin noodles. They make their own noodles, but the thin is actually too thick to my liking. Ambience is ok but furniture is old, decor is from the previous century, and the washroom..., oh, you don't want to go there.We ordered tea, but they never served it to us. Luckily they did not put it on the bill or I would have been mad! Lastly, they accept only cash or debit! For the the prices they charge, they should accept credit cards!

Sadly, We have been here a few times and last time we went this week the service was so poor. Our bill only came to 25 dollars, my friend and I shared some noodles and chicken and split the bill. He paid first and only left a dollar tip because we had agreed I would pay the rest of the tip. The server asked him why he didn't tip and asked him to redo the transaction with a tip, after I told her I would be leaving the tip. I left a 5 dollar tip... so that's a 6 dollar tip on a 25 dollar bill- and the server was still unhappy with the tip. Not the mention before this the service was terrible. we asked for a fork, water (both never came...). A tip is for good service and not mandatory, stop bullying your customers- try reflecting on the quality of your service before you ask for more of a tip.

This review is for the 4th ave location, It was a lunch in the store for 3 and an extra order to-go which was half of the total bill of $146 and I gave $160, usually if I am happy with the food and service I give 20% for in store service, this time I had $160 in cash and without doing the math I thought this should be enough, but the waitress reminded me That's only 10%" so she wanted more I didn't have the extra cash so my buddy chipped in the extra cash and I told her make it 20%

I can’t come to Vancouver without stopping in and having a meal here! The food is selections! They know what they are doing here!Resturant:Very cleanFurniture is clean and in perfect condition with tons of boothsGreat for large groups & folks with small childrenServiceStaff is efficient, fast & friendlyGood comes fast, drinks are refilled without askingFoodYou have to try the Din Din noodles! Everything we’ve tried on the menu thus far is really great. We ordered beef & veggie Din Din noodles, prawns (my personal fav), lemon chicken dish and steamed buns!

Fantastic Chinese food! My favorite in Vancouver, great variety of classic dishes. Limited variety of noodles but the ones they have are excellent! Love the beef rolls, cumin lamb, spicy green beans and Sichuan beef noodles!
