One-Stop Immigration Medical - Panel Physician

They are incredibly fast and efficient. Nice and patient people. I've never had same experience in Canada.I strongly recommend this place.

I received a very organized, friendly, professional, and quick service. The medical process was smooth, no long miserable wait. The Dr was a cool guy. The phlebotomist was very knowledgeable and gentle, she didn't have to poke me twice. The admin staff are great in communication. My overall experience was good. I wish everywhere had such good service.

I was looking for a place to continue my immigration physical while I was traveling to Canada and found their office in Ajax. I emailed them right away about questions I had and Afeef was extremely responsive and informative. The front desk lady and Dr. Furmli were extremely kind and made me feel super comfortable. I went in one day and spoke to the doctor, but I had to come back because he noticed it was too early to do the follow up blood work. I thankfully wasn’t charged and they were happy to see me again next time. I walked in a week or two later…when the staff had already gone home, so I called the front desk to see if anyone was there. The lady remembered me, put me on hold and called the doctor to see if he was still in the office. He willingly stayed late for me and did my blood work himself with a great attitude. Such an awesome staff and service especially from a medical office. I am super impressed and definitely recommend! Thank you so much for guiding me and for your great service

Very much happy with my experience at the place. Doctors are really nice and know their job. Most of the time during blood test, i do get faint but Dr. Naseem did it like a pro. I didn’t even realized when she took the sample. Doctors are specialized with duty of care. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

They are super nice! Definitely worth a 5-star review! Especially the lady who did the blood test for me, she was so patient and trying to chat with me to make me feel less nervous. The doctor was nice too! Great experience here.

Visited Dr Furmli Dec 2022 for a consult for my upcoming trip to Philippines/ Thailand. Extremely thorough and knowledgeable. Provided more information than I expected. Very kind and trustworthy professional. Would highly recommend.

I highly recommend this place if any of you want to get medical exams done for your parents or grandparents. The receptionist at the front are so nice and professional. Doctors and nurses are nice as well. They speak different languages which is helpful. Had a great experience. Recommend to everyone.

They were able to see me right away. Staff was nice. I like how they are able to do x-ray, Blood Work, Urine sample, and doctor exam all in one place. Got my results and report uploaded to the IRCC within 3 weeks. Doctor was nice.The only two issues I had were...-they get a lot of business, very busy, and can feel like they are herding sheep at times, they have chairs in the hallway to sit and move up as you get blood work and x-ray. Feels like an assembly line of people.-They results took 3 weeks to get. I'm American so maybe I am spoiled but I'm use to getting results back within a day or two, not 3 weeks.Other than that they staff was always responsive and booking the appointment was easy.

This is the worst experience I have had in the medical space. Only gave 1 because 0 isn't an option. My mum did her immigration examination here back in October (with a deadline of end of October). We received a letter of request from ICC today (February 9th 2023 - 4 months after) asking for my mum's immigration exam results. We called the clinic just to be told that they had not sent the results. To top this up, the receptionist was very casual about it and even asked that we get off the phone while we wait for them to send the results as we may be blocking other people from calling. Eventually, we got transferred to the Doctor who went on to ask if my mum did the required X-ray (which she did!!!) and then started looking for the X-ray (which, thanks God, he found). I haven't been this upset with a service provider in a while! So if we didn't receive the follow up request from CIC, we won't have known. This is a cautionary tale to everyone out there - don't use this place for your immigration exam and if you absolutely have to, follow up until you receive a confirmation from them
