A Day Maid

I am very satisfied with the cleaning service from A Day Maid. The move out cleaning of my rental home was done properly the first time, and without any issue/ concern. I recommend A Day Maid for your cleaning needs.

I have to say that this company and staff, from the very first phone call, were absolutely fabulous! Very professional and helpful. The service they provided for my niece on her move out, went extremely well and they did such a great job that we will definitely utilize their services again. I live in Georgia and highly recommend this company.

A disgrace to the cleaning industry to keep it short. To elaborate: Cleaner was here for 5 hours and managed to make it look worse than when she got here. Greasy streaks all over the house ( literally ) and absolutely no detail to the cleaning. Every single part of the house, every single crack, was still very dirty to anyone’s eyes ( I took about 40 pictures with proof ) I hope my realtor gets all his money back since another service will be needed now. I would not dare consider having this company back into my home considering I even left out extra micro fibre rags, a bunch of cleaning products, mop and pads, and lent my vacuum since the lady came with this tiny shark vacuum that wouldn’t of cleaned professionally. The fact that this company won’t offer a refund after the appalling after pictures is beyond me. If you’re looking for satisfaction, go somewhere else.

Great company with excellent customer service. Affordable pricing and flexibility to meet our needs. They put in the effort to meet the our need without forcing services on you which I appreciated.

They didnot show up for the first time as they said their cleaner is lost as there is construction and she cant get her way around we often have people coming into our building so it didnot make sense the second time when it was rescheduled the cleaner called in sick they were always late so i had to ask for a refund.We didnot get any multiple options and there is no detour if you guys didnot want a sick cleaner to come in you should have enough cleaners for back up.

We have a place in Edmonton and use it a fair bit but not every week. So finding a cleaner who does an incredible job, including extra touches we asked for, who is also very flexible is amazing! Responsive, accommodating, and again, did an excellent job. They are now our regular cleaner for our home away from home.

We our apartment cleaned by José today. We could not be happier with the quality and attention to detail. He left our place spotless and beyond !! Will definitely use again and request José every time.Thank you,Meghan

I booked last minute with A Day Maid for a move out clean & Christina did an amazing job. She is very detailed in cleaning, which is hard to find. She knew exactly what I wanted, when we went through the check list. I’m very particular when it comes to cleaning & she was definitely up to my standards. She was really really good. I would definitely book her again.

I went by the reviews and was very excited. The first clean wasn't that great.. figured I would try again anyway. The first time I did not think to do a walk through afterwards. .. I don't feel I should have to. The second time tasks on the check list were missed. I had to send the cleaner back twice for obviously missed spots. I had had concerns that I explained on the phone, as well as to the cleaner. They were not met. After a two time send back I was over it and just sent her on her way. I could have had a friend do better.Never again.
