Clean restaurant and good food0. I come here daily to get my son his lunch for school. I always go inside, as the drive thru is always busy at dinner time. I find the employees are polite and always wash their hands. The only complaint I have is that the night shift only has one employee working. Which can make service in drive thru slow.

Yo man, lemme tell ya 'bout dis Subway joint in St. Stephen. Dang ol' place ain't worth two cents, I tell ya what.Secondly, the service is slower than a snail crawlin' uphill. Ain't no excuse for takin' that dang ol' long to make a dang ol' sandwich. And when you finally get your sub, half the dang ol' toppings are missin'. I mean, c'mon man, how hard is it to put some dang ol' lettuce and tomato on there?Finally, the food itself is just plain ol' mediocre. I've had better sammiches made by my dang ol' aunt Peggy, and she ain't even a professional sandwich maker. The bread is always dry and the meat is barely passable.Overall, I wouldn't recommend this Subway to nobody. Save your money and go get yourself a dang ol' decent sandwich somewhere else.

I lost a set of keys and have tried to call multiple times to see if they are there but it rings a few times and then gives an ear piercing screeching noise. I’m not from the area so would appreciate some way of contact for such emergencies

Usually have a decent experience but went in tonight and the atmosphere was horrendous. A poor kid was being “trained” if you could even call it that and was getting nothing but yelled at and embarrassed by the older fellow who never wears his mask over his nose and the short blonde lady with a tattoo on her arm. He was clearly uncomfortable and so was the couple other customers that were there. I’m honestly sad about this experience and don’t think some people should still be working there. On top of the poor kid getting by embarrassed constantly the short lady didn’t even chop my husbands salad and just tossed everything in the take out container instead of the proper bowl. Just plain bad.

This location is kept very clean and orderly. The service was not only quick but friendly. The sandwiches are put together nearly and unrushed in their appearance. Flavour rates a ten or of ten!

Walk half way across st stephen because the store says they are open till 10pm. To show up at 9:20 pm to lock doors!! Wth... guess Tim Horton's gets my service anytime after 9:00pm. Maybe update your hours subway, clearly you lock the doors at 9pm not 10pm.

Went to Subway in St. Stephen today. The service was horrible. One of the staff was yelling at me because she couldn't hear me when I ordered. She was yelling at her co-worker. She put the sandwich I ordered in an oven that wasn't working properly. I had to request the sandwich be made again and heated properly. She treated my husband horribly as well. All the tables in the restaurant were dirty and needed to be cleaned. The soap dispenser in the ladies washroom was broken and there was no other soap dispenser available. Will not be going back. This used to be a nice fast food restaurant but unfortunately had gone down hill.

I love Subway In Rothesay, NB Because I could get some Tuna with Mustard Sandwich, Chocolate chip cookies and a white milk for Lunch Next time when they come to Subway
