These places are basically a good as their people. In my experience of dealing with them since 2017 for my business (home renovations, so any kitchen job I pass the appliance portion through them, and told them to pass on my contractor's discount to my clients. My clients love this and it helps me secure jobs.The person I deal with is Alex Polac (sp?), and he takes care of my clients. My clients tell me they are happy with the service they are getting (as well as the prices), and that all I need to hear. If my customers are happy, I'm happy.

This is our 3rd time buying appliances from Canadian Appliance Source. We keep going back to them because of their amazing customer service, guidance with buying appliances, and great prices. Highly recommend going in store as the associates will give you an additional discount to the online prices. The delivery people are kind and very helpful as well. I went to four stores couldn't find stock and anything even though some of the stuff even said it was in stock. This store I walked in the door and within 10 minutes I was sitting at the salesman's desk and I bought exactly the model that I wanted in the color that I wanted cuz my wife wanted a white one he then informed me I could have delivery the next day between 8:30 to 12:30 and the guy showed up at like 10:00 courteous efficient no my snow fuzz dropped it exactly where I wanted it off the kitchen so I can unpocket it to install it definitely five stars.

Bought a microwave range hood, exhaust fan was defective. CAS refused to do an exchange and said a service technician had to come and earliest was 5 days. Went to the store on Merivale, sales staff say they can’t do anything, call customer care and they say they can’t do anything and to reply to the email. Now have to take time off on Friday for the tech to say “it’s broken” and probably now have to wait again for a part to come in and a 2nd technician.

Bought two appliances for very reasonable prices, had them delivered within 2 working days. Delivery was prompt and the guys were extremely efficient and professional. No dings on the way to the basement for the fairly large 16CF stainless freezer. This is the second time we've bought here and we have had nothing but highly positive experiences.

My fridge died on Wednesday. On Thursday I called CAS asking about the fridge my wife wanted. Alex Polack helped me out. Other suppliers had a two to three week delivery. I received my fridge from CAS in two days. Could've been one but I had to work. Good job everyone.

The delivery team was great. They gave us lots of time to inspect the items we orders. They were very professional and careful not to damage anything. The only negative comment we have is that the delivery occurred at 8:30 pm. We were the last delivery on a load of 16 orders and our original delivery window was between 3:30pm and 7:30 pm.
