We recently purchase counters for our kitchen and bathrooms as well as tile for back-splash. The whole experience was very good, from the professionalism of Jenna in sales, and Matt for templating the counters, the courtesy and dedication of John and the other Matt" in doing the installation. We love the new look and the price we got was excellent. I would recommend VGT to anyone looking for granite and a good price and a quality job."

If I could give a ZERO rating I would. Picking flooring out is difficult, but we picked our and were quoted 1 week for delivery. Basically if we ordered on Friday after being told it would arrive the following Thursday. Our flooring did NOT arrive, my Wife called Tuesday and was told the flooring would arrive yesterday, Thursday, which it did not, she was told it could be 2 more weeksWhen I called this morning to query the status of our flooring I was told it could take up to 10 days from date of order and that they never quoted 1 week. So I asked since 10 days would be Monday could I expect to receive my flooring Tuesday. They said no, it would take up to 2 weeks longer. I asked if we could cancel the order as it does not meet our timeline with the contractors. I was told a 20% Cancellation fee would be applied. I asked, if the flooring had yet to be shipped why would a cancellation fee be applied. If they could deliver as quoted I would still take it. If surviving off 20% cancellation fees are your companies Sales Strategy, you will not be around very longConfused by this time I asked to speak with the manager and was put on hold. After 10 minutes another person picked up the phone and told me the woman I was speaking with was serving a customer. I said OK and asked for the managers phone number, they do not give this out. The attitude of the new woman was horrible, I felt like I was being scolded for asking to speak to the managerAs part of our renovation, we also purchased a Granite Counter Top. When we ordered the flooring I asked if we could bundle the pricing and get a discount. Again they said No Way, so we ordered the counter top from a competitor around the corner.I've been in sales for over 35 years and difficult customers daily, but I truly do not feel I was being difficult, I placed an order based on quoted delivery, allowing for a slight delay. However I also know as a Sales Manager you are only as good as the team around you. If a customer asks to escalate you accommodate . You do not raise your voice and become angry putting the customer on the defensive. I feel very sorry for this managerIn a small town as small business needs all the good press it can get. You will not get it from me

Very happy with the granite countertops we ordered. From the showroom to the post installation inspection, we found them to be very professional and very reaponsive. We are very satisfied! I would have no hesitation recommending this company based on my experience.

Josh is a fantastic countertop fabricator. Takes great pride in his work and strives for perfection. Valley Granite & Tile did an excellent job as a whole from sales to installation of our countertop. Process took longer then expected but the results were worth the wait.

After 5 years my granite counter needed to be resealed, and I can't speak highly enough of the customer service provided by Josh and Jamie. They paid attention to details and now my counters shine and it feels like a new kitchen.. Thank you!
