The staff conducting hockey drills are great, however if you need anything from their office good luck - they never respond to emails, or follow through on promises

The ice is better than their Wave Twin Rinks, no problems there. The showers range from ice cold to almost lukewarm at best. There isn't a women’s changeroom; the women’s washroom does double duty.

Needs to be cleaned up. Lockers were in rough shape. But the ice was in good shape.

Review is for bar upstairs (Pub 21). When rebranding a restaurant, one would figure changes needed to be made. Having never been here before, it seems the exact same issues have risen from the dead. Their welcome sign is so uninviting that it basically reads Get Out. (Not a viewing area, no hockey bags, no kids running around, no Tim hortons or Starbucks or food etc etc.) I ordered a drink only to be given a lime garnish that was withered and bruised, looking like it had been cut three days ago. I returned it to get a freshly cut one wondering why the server thought this was acceptable? Limes are 37 cents at Walmart. Cut into six wedges is six cents a wedge. How is this an area to cheap out on? Bartenders fill glasses with ice by diving the glass into the well. What if the glass is chipped? How will you ever notice broken glass? The cook was repeatedly ringing the bell to let servers know food was ready, but they were more interested in talking. So, these girls aren't qualified bartenders, just drink takers. Instead of standing around, maybe clean the bottles...or walk the floor? They'd make more money if they rebranded this into a third ice rink. Fries are good...but can you screw up fries? Time will tell.

Great experience, can't speak much for the other programs but anything that Jarrett Reid is on the ice for is great. 3rd time in the last couple of years having my son work with him and he does a great job!Thanks Jarrett

Good place to have a hockey party. Great time.

I would put zero star if I can. They scheduled an outdoor soccer and withdrew the fees shortly after I registered my kids. Later on, they cancelled the season and it has been weeks of calls and emails from my side to receive the refund with not even a response. When I called them last time, the agent told me the responsible person does not check emails and this is she does not respond; what kind of excuse is that.

Wildly unimpressed with how Wave Sports handled Covid. We understand this is a hard time for everyone but cutting off all communication, avoiding phone calls and emails, and refusing refunds is completely ridiculous. Spent 3 months trying to get any information and was eventually offered a credit for next year after persistently calling and emailing until finally getting someone on the phone. No way would we participate in a program run by these people next year when they don't have a care in the world for the people who put their money into programs to be told they would be running and then just cut off communication instead of dealing with the issue.

It's ok. Standing only around boards for viewing. No canteen. Bathroom was gross. Dressing rooms are a good size. Ice seemed decent.

The rink I was at did not have alot of enclosed heated space to watch from but if you don't mind the cold you won't have a problem watching.
