On a holiday when nobody could be there for us after 13 days for other local towing companies up on Mount Washington in the Alpine Village it was done right that pull through and rescue two of our vehicles that have been waiting for a few weeks! A shout out to Cory for his perseverance! Thanks for being there for us you are golden gems.

I called this company because I was stuck on the side of the road. The lady on the phone was friendly and so helpful. When the tow truck arrived the driver helped me was kind to me and made me feel safe. It was pouring rain and he just said it was his job. Never have I been treated so well by a towing company. Ladies this is definitely the first call you should make if you need help.

Excellent service! From the person who took my call (very helpful and kind), to the person who managed a tricky hookup to get the car loaded (Justin, he did a great job), to a reasonable price, I would definitely call them again.

We were in a pinch, broken down on the side of Ryan Rd. The other guys just hung up on us, last hope Dunn Right Towing! The receptionist was one of the nicest people I have had the pleasure to talk with and went above and beyond to help us. The driver was on his days off but didn't hesitate to offer to help. I can't say enough good things about this company, professional, excellent customer service, top notch equipment and willingness to do what it takes to help.Thank you for everything

Dunn Right was courteous on the phone, and quick to dispatch a driver to my car. In under an hour my tow was ordered, car picked up, and delivered to destination with no issues. During terrible cold Winter weather!

Can't say enough about the customer service I received from this towing company. The battery on my car died. Damon came by with a charger well after office hours were over and gave my car a boost. I offered to pay but was told that the job was on the house this time. I had heard from one of the automotive shops in Courtenay that the people at Dunn Right were amazing. They were right. Damon you are too kind. Great company. I will definitely be using Dunn Right again. Highly recommend.
