A very nice and modern environment

They take good care of people i have been here for more than 6 months due to housing waiting list they have been more than acomadating and the staff are all very well trained. This place is bug free and do regular doorm cleaning one time a day for two hours they sprey for bugs one time everymonth no questions asked. The food is well portioned and is catered there is a open house coming up on Jan 25 2020 all are welcome they have been open for 2 years on that date they even help thoes that come in off the street with sandwiches and worm coffee if there is some this is by far the best shelter in the GTA area just saying

Room I was in contained 18 beds, that's 18 people in one room with the door closed. A breeding ground for airborne virus and bacteria. when brought up with staff they responded we can't open the door it's a safety hazard".... Okay but what about the health and safety of the residents. Alot of the people here are not in the best health and many people are carrying unknown disease whether it be hepatitis

First of all i never advise anybody to leave your home and family. If nobody accept you then make a direction only to this place. This is the only shelter in Toronto which never feels you like you're burden on us. They have very maintained discipline, very cleaned environment, good food and snacks, tea and drinks available all the time. Magazines, books, games and television is there all the time. staff is very very cooperative more than like your boood related. There is a guy named as MIKE, he is the Hero and best person on this place. Very down to earth and loving to everyone. He gave me shelter for one night and treat me like his family member. Thank you very much for your support.
