Annak Plumbing & Heating replaced our ageing and problematic conventional boiler with a new system boiler, which involved relocating the boiler to the loft and changing our open vented system to a sealed system. From the initial quote, we were really impressed with how detailed and thorough Stuart was in evaluating the best solution for us. When trying to assess our options, no question was too much bother and we received prompt and detailed responses to every one, which put our minds at ease. From start to finish Stuart and Paul were first class, and just really genuine, decent guys. They were on time, provided really high quality work and even sorted a couple of additional cosmetic issues for us to ensure an incredibly neat finish. Overall, fantastic value, and we would highly recommend.

I have used this company twice in the last 6 months to repair my boiler and, more recently, to remove/refit a radiator. The latter involved lifting and relaying my carpet after dealing with complicated flooring.I can report that I was absolutely delighted with the end result and the customer service extended. Our aging boiler broke down so we decided on a replacement. From the start, we were given some options which were very detailed and any questions we had were answered. A thorough surgery was carried out as we were swapping system for combi. Again we were kept well informed. A very competitive quote was available within hours.The install itself was seamless and again, we were kept up to date with the progress. We now have a very efficient, new and working boiler!We have also used ANNAK for several other plumbing jobs and they are always prompt at response time, diagnosis and solutions. We will definitely use them again.I would 100% recommend them for any plumbing & heating requirements!

Near stress free installation. A far from straightforward install carried out professionally and completed with time to spare. Cleaned up afterwards. Old system and waste promptly collected. Very satisfied customer. Definitely recommend.

Called last night to get a repair done on my boiler and they turned up next morning, Quickly explained the issue and fixed it quickly. Great service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Annak to friends and family. 5 stars.

My boiler developed a leak but was under a year old and therefore still under guarantee. Unfortunately, I experienced problems getting in touch with the installers and when they did come out they spent a couple of minutes tightening something, said it was fixed and disappeared. Ten minutes later it was leaking again. Stuart from Annak Plumbing had fitted a new radiator for me a few months ago so I contacted him the next morning. He said he would call round that morning, did so and fixed the leak in no time. Excellent service, good workmanship and very reliable. I will definitely use the company again and recommend them to friends and family.

Annak Plumbing and heating upgraded a number of old single panel bedroom radiators for us and replaced and repositioned our living room radiators. The repositioning was tricky and involved some new pipework but Stuart and Paul did a great job with minimal disruption. Clean, tidy, efficient, friendly and great value. We would definitely not hesitate to use Annak again. Job well done.
