FedEx Ship Centre

Since my office switched to working from home I've had to drop by this center every now and then to pick up some deliveries. It's always a pleasure, since the staff is very helpful and super friendly!

Have you employes ring the door if it's a condo building !!! I have over 20k of worth of lost packages in the past 3 years. Yes I do the insurance thing but I don't need to deal with that if your employees did their job and ring the condo number.Legally the address is where the number is on the door of the apartment not the lobby. If this was worth my time I would sue you but all the time I have is typing this comment

Efficient service without too much wait time.Close to a highway so easy in and out.

All the 5 stars are obviously employees and/or bots. There's no customer service. They delay your package and there's nothing you can do about it. Can't even pick it up. Avoid FedEX at all costs. Call amazon and whatever service you're using and ask them to ban them from your file. They are useless.

The worst delivery company, not only I always have to pay importation fees when ordering with them, but they do whatever they want. They tried to deliver my package, then on the paper it says they will try to deliver it tomorrow again. I wasn't home both days so I went 4-5 days later to get my package, 30mins drive from my house, and I get there to be told the delivery guy has it. Why???? It clearly indicates on the delivery paper to come get it at their center, WHY take it on a random day to try and deliver again when you clearly said to come pick it up at a certain address. I wasted 1h driving after my package for no reason, incredibly disappointed.

The absolute worst. They had my package with them for 5 DAYS and did not deliver it. I called customer service 3 times and they assured me every time it would be delivered the next day, and here we are a week later, still NO PACKAGE. Since they are closed on weekends, i have to wait AGAIN and go pick it up myself at the distribution center. What kind of delivery service is that?!?

They are always late, and my shipment is always held for clearance. Horrible company to work with when you are ordering stock.

They left me a note to stay home next day in order to receive my package but they never passed. I had to go and pick it up myself in Brossard ...I live in Boucherville....they just don't care.

The worst experience EVER. Paid for overnight shipping and we are 7 days later still no package. They are a bunch of liars, went to the distribution center twice today as per their customer contact center saying the package is available there. They couldn't locate the driver even though there was a note left saying to pick up the package at 6pm, at 7 (when they close) as I was waiting for the driver to return with my package unless he was planning on taking it home with him, they told me the driver is going to re-attempt the delivery to my house which surprise is more lies nobody came. Zero accountability from anyone at the contact center, not even from the manager". Simply not worth it for the price they charge and they insinuate that the package being late is somehow your fault."

The worst experience ever!Package was not delivered so I called FedEx. They told me to come to this location to pick up the package instead.So I come here (15 minute drive) and the front desk representative had the worst attitude ever. He refused to give me the package despite the fact that I told him that I was instructed by FedEx over the phone to come pick it up. Then he says, “we have a lot of customers who say that, then we find out that they never called.” Excuse me???! Now you will accuse me of lying to you when YOU failed to deliver the package and YOU told me to come to this location to pick it up?Whoever manages this place, if you can see this review, please fire the representative who was at the front desk on 7/5/2023 at around 6:20pm. He is by far the rudest and absolute worst customer representative I have ever dealt with. FedEx should be ashamed of having hired someone like this, refusing to give customers their packages and accusing them of lying.
