Joanne and Trevor did a wonderful job selling my home. They provided all the services of higher-priced realtors with great photography, 3D tour of the home, and a beautiful video using a drone for aerial shots and set to music. They answered my questions promptly and clearly, without any ambiguity, so I always felt in control of the sale of my property. They are a nice, down-to-earth couple who worked as a team, they showed years of experience in the value of their advice and their connections to people who helped me get my house ship-shape to market, and then they were top-notch at negotiating the deal. I had interviewed several very good realtors for the job, but when I met Joanne and Trevor and compared what they offer against what higher-priced real estate companies do, I could see they offer everything the others do, and they delivered.
