I brought a pair of jeans to have the length altered, and requested to have the bottom pieces saved for me as I will use them as patches. I picked up the jeans but the bottom pieces were not returned to me, I complained about this and told someone will call me. Almost two weeks with no call, I visited the shop and requested the pieces. I was given two pieces of denim materials, and was told here they are. I returned home with the pieces only to realize they were not from my jeans.Don't try to fool your customers - it is dishonest and not nice.

Terrible job on the alterations. Good customer service none the less.

Updated review:Looks like I'm not the only person who sees the hours of operation hard to deal with.A prime example is last month I go there for 11 am to drop off items for cleaning only to see the operator wasn't even there. I waited 15 mins and still no luck. I ended going to the Holly location who were more than happy to take my business.If you open at 11am be open. On a negative note, who operates a dry cleaning service at 11am and close at 6pm?!That's not even a day of work.This location needs a change of management who understands the working hours of a day.Old review:So after posting a 1 star review out of frustration I get a weird call. The very owner called me. Who does that? He expressed his concern and appreciation. I'm in sales and he truly shined. He showed me my frustration was heartfelt and he explained his position. I did not know they offer pick up and delivery services which is absolutely key especially during these trying times. I recommend this location without a doubt!

I don't often write reviews, but this place deserves a stellar one. Have been going here for a while now and they're so helpful and honest, I couldn't ask for more. They go above and beyond what your expectations are from your typical dry cleaners. They've taken care of my suits, winter jackets, alterations, and on a weekly basis I bring a load of whites to keep them bright and vibrant. I'm a huge fan of this place! Above all else, it's a well run family business - support your local businesses!!

Helped me out in really short notice! With hours to spare I was able to walk in and get my dress pants altered with in minutes. Great service and very polite

The lady that did my alterations was very fast and highly skilled. I’ll be coming back to this place for every clothing need I have. 10/10 recommend!

Left a jacket for alterations. Got it returned to me fitting the exact same way plus messy stitching and a huge hole ( a result of the gross stitching ).I got a refund, but the staff tried to explain away the mistake instead of just owning up to it. No professional seamstress would hand a customer work like that. Would give 0 stars if possible.

After having learnt my lesson with a bad cleaner and a some silk blouses, my fortune changed when I found this place. I have never met another dry cleaner as passionate about the care of my clothing. They are very professional, fairly priced and punctual. I had a white winter coat from Holt's taken in by the seamstress and dry cleaned and it looked better than when I first bought it! Don't bring your clothes anywhere else, trust me!

Love this location...there is a lovely lady that works here. She's so sweet and really good at her craft. I would only recommend this dry cleaners if you're in Milton.

My husband took a handful of his dress shirts, a couple pants, a sweater and one of my shirts for dry cleaning here. My husband brought back the clothes two days ago and the clothes are not cleaned properly. There are stains still visible on every article of clothing. They did a horrible job and cleaning out the stains and their hours are horrible. When you pay good money for services rendered, you expect those services to be met. How can you call yourself a dry cleaner if you can’t even put up properly cleaned items. So disappointed. I would not even give the one star if that was an option
