My wife got stuck in the car wash for 20 minutes like the previous review so it seems like a problem they are not fixing despite the obvious safety concerns. Thankfully our toddler was not in the vehicle with her. No apology, no refund. Avoid if at all possible. Drive another block to the Co op or go across the street to JJ’s.

Car wash does a terrible job if your vehicle is dirty. Left the sides of my truck dirty. Manager was less then helpful. NO Customer service

The manager has anger problems and will try to run you over without questioning what work you're doing near his store. Beware, buddy will have a temper tantrum and he isn't pretty while it's happening.

they should be ashamed of themselves do not use there car wash , if it damaged your car they well completely deny any responsibility . Most unprofessional worst experience i have ever seen .

Worst gas station in Saskatoon. No full serve. And if your not standing right next to the pump. No matter the weather. They shut it down on you.

Car wash need way to many improvements. Mostly get stuck during the carwash. Have to call the attandent to get us out.

LOCKED IN CARWASH TWENTY MINS. THEY DIDN'T EVEN APOLOGIZE?I was bringing my child home from the hospital today and stopped to get car wash (because he likes the coloured foam and spray). Purchased fuel, washer fluid and a carwash. Entered the wash as usual, but after the first soap and scrub the carwash stopped the door opened and then closed and then the lights began to flash... As my car was still covered in soap I waited. I honked several times to notify the attendant there was problem. No response. I couldn't leave my child in the car without me. It felt unsafe to open the doors with the machine idling. I was locked in the carwash for over 20 minutes with my child. Lucky for me I hadn't forgotten my phone on the way to hospital. Ended up having to search the web to find their phone number and call them to get us out. I went into the store to ask for a refund or a credit as the car was not clean and I was locked in a carwash against my will for 20 minutes. They did not offer the common courtesy of offering and apology. Instead the 'manager' refused to reimburse me or give me credit to come back. Instead he insisted I should go again 'now'. I told him I did not want to go now as I had been at the gas station for 30 minutes and had to take my kid home. I have very seldom told another person to Go F*** themselves"

Gas is good quality, but the casheirs here are extremely rude, for one thing, it's a windy minus 41 C day and the casheirs won't let people go back into there car, if you do then they stop the pump on you, making you get back out to restart the pump. This is not the first time this has happened to me.

Pulled up to the pumps at 9:50 pm on July 14th and started my transaction along with another customer in the south lanes and the lights and pumps shut off midway. Was told by attendant as they were going to their car they are closed? So I thought closing time was at 10:pm? Lost 2 customers that night and I won't be back. What happened to customer service?

The service here is absolutely disgusting. Had a tire that was low, came here to put air in it. The air hose wasn’t even working, something one of the male attendants inside didn’t tell me, even tho he made change for me to use the hose. I asked for help when he was outside, and he said he would, but then went back inside and took off his jacket and stood behind the til where I found him and another male attendant after I came back inside after standing out in the cold. Neither one of them were willing to help me, and I had to demand my dollar back. NEVER GO HERE
