Very bad service I paid 135 9 days ago to fix my iPhone 11 Pro Max the screen fell off and it fell off again no damage to the phone just the screen popped off they told me if it happens again with in 30 days they will fix it… 9 days later they try to tell me they will do it for 100-120 no discount when they promised to do it for free. Instead I took my business to Greenwood and Danforth very nice people did it for 100 bucks but this is the third time. I have a good case and everything yet they refuse to fix my phone for me the manager was very rude and had attitude and was basically calling me fat cause I was pushing the countertop by a centimetre. Very rude and they promise services they can’t keep and not very nice to customers. Giving me dirty looks and face gestures. Very unprofessional. 0 rating.

Very good place with a good collection of electronic items with reasonable prices. They mostly accept cash payments. Tax is not taken. We bought a 55 inches RCL tv here and it's working really well.

There's a lot of uncertainty when you buy a refurbished phone, it's not worth it to take the risk with this shop (I see that there's a lot of people reporting problems, the shop doesn't even care). I bought a Samsung phone which should have had eSIM (this was the main reason I was buying the phone). I brought it home and discovered the next day that eSIM doesn't work. Apparently the Canadian version of the phone has eSIM disabled. I talked with them for another day to see if it could be enabled, but there was no solution so I brought it back (this is 2 days after I picked it up, and the phone was in exactly the same condition as when I got it). When I bought the phone they put the receipt in the bag, so I didn't look at this until they asked for it in the shop. It says only a store credit is provided for phone defects, no refunds. I thought I would be able to find another suitable phone, which has eSIM and in in a similar size and price range as the previous one. But no, 3 weeks later, they were trying to sell me a phone with inflated prices and didn't have the models that would have worked for me. Any other shop in this situation would have refunded their customer at this point, since a store credit is useful only if you have another suitable product to sell to the person. But they refused to refund me (even though there was no loss to them, I brought the phone back within 2 days, and it was clearly a misunderstanding). If you're taking a risk in buying a used phone you don't want to deal with a store that's going to refuse to give you an acceptable solution if something goes wrong. The credit card company refused to accept the chargeback since they put on the receipt that they offer a store credit, not a refund. They don't mention this when you're buying anything though... Make sure you inspect receipts when you buy things. The credit card company said you should be able to get charges voided if you request it before leaving the store. I should have been more careful. I am sharing this so that others take precautions. Now I have to figure out how I can spend $300 at that store, and I'll have to buy another phone somewhere else because their prices are pretty terrible. A lot of Best Buy resellers have better pricing than what they offer, so be sure to check that before you buy anything here.

Ordered a refurbished phone online at an excellent price. It arrived within a few days. Then, Alia helped with issues involving my sim card. Fantastic experience.

A bit of a hidden gem. It feels a bit like a warehouse. Significantly lower prices than elsewhere, and great staff! If I run into problems with my newly acquired used phone, I'll update my review.

I have been to this store on several occasions. Excellent customer service, the staff are super friendly. They have a large variety of gadgets and tech. I got good value for a USB Type C Adaptor that I needed to extend my displays for work, a Lenovo Keyboard and a game mouse. Any electronics that you don't want to wait for on Amazon or delivery and you live in the area, this is the store to check out first.
