Brooks Corning has single handedly advanced our office to the next level!We ordered 20 chairs a few weeks ago. (thank you Natalie!) The delivery was quick and their operations/install staff are amazing. I was unaware you had to book an appointment; however, the secretary was extremely helpful and got Tonnille (who works for Haworth and did an amazing job) to help me. Both the Fern & Soji are great office chairs and especially good for someone who cares about not just the looks but also the chairs ergonomics. Personally, I decided to go with the Fern due to the Soji arm rests moving around too easily.

Their driver almost ran me over at a crosswalk. I strongly urge all pedestrians to boycott this company, in hopes it teaches them to hire competent staff.

Had a great experience with these folks! After years of rag tag furniture solutions they got us set up properly in our Vancouver office. Told me that they had several chairs with headrests. Made the trip to then from Coquitlam and turns out that they only had one chair with a headrest and the headrest was not very flexible. Sales woman tried to tell me that it's better not to use a headrest. Waste of time and disappointed.
