They will not reopen my savings account claiming my credit score is under their standards. I did not think a bank can refuse to open a savings account for you.

One of the worst experience I had so far at branch (the name is Sidharth Malhotra) and customer service support, they guided me wrong over the phone and when I reached office it is different scenario, I feel worst customer service experience at this branch. This is just to open an account.
