I was having a hard time finding someone to size my watch for me the day before a wedding and Dustin was a huge help! Not only did he size it perfectly, he also was very quick as it was a time sensitive situation. I would recommend any of your watch needs to Dustin at European Boutique.

Came in to buy a Hamilton watch and the man who helped out was unbelievably snide and condescending. Made rude comments about how we didn’t know how to clip the watch in correctly and when we gave it back to him and said we were leaving he rolled his eyes. Why would you treat a customer this way? Honestly so rude. Do not come here.

Went to European Boutique to look for an Omega watch, the male sales representative said hi, and l saw him giving me a look from top to bottom and back top again, and walked off. I'm guessing he thought l didn't look rich enough and didn't deserve his time. He later re-approached me after seeing that l owned an Omega watch and was talking to a female representative. This sales person is so rude, when the female representative showed me an Omega Ultra Deep he made the comment Becareful

I went to the Eaton Centre today (Jan 1/23) to specifically look for bracelet for my daughter's birthday which is in a few days. After visiting a few other jewellers, I was going to leave empty handed, but decided to check out European Boutique on my way out, and I'm glad I did.I was greeted with a smile by a lovely associate named Ada, who took the time listen, and then showed me some beautiful appropriate pieces. I decided on a bracelet, but also did a bit of window" shopping for myself

My wife and I got matching watches as a Christmas gift this year and even when Bulova is not a brand this store carries Ryan (store manager) was really kind to help us out removing links in order to adjust the bracelets to our actual size and not only one but two times because my wife’s was still a bit to big for her!Did I mention that he refused to charge us for the time he put on our watches? That’s real customer service. Next time I get a new watch I’m definitely going to pay them a visit.

Incredibly helpful staff at European Boutique . We had come from London having bought a Tissot watch last second for our dad to wear for a family wedding but unfortunately his wrist size is quite small . Went to 2 shops who had told us to wait a day for service station. Luckily we found European boutique where we found Dustin who sorted us out and in 5 minutes we were all set to go . Very helpful and professional and didn’t even charge us the fee every other shop was asking .

Staffs are really nice here, especially the store manager Ryan. They helped me pick the best birthday gift for my husband. Highly recommend this store if you are looking a nice watch and experienced staffs to help you with.
