They were able to pull together a short notice (48h) cake for us. And an amazing job decorating the cake for us!

Predatory location with insanely high prices for menu items and boxes of Dilly Bars. Does not accept coupons from the DQ app or mobile orders.

There’s a new treat to try! The non-dairy dilly bar dipped in chocolate. They use coconut cream rather than dairy.An inexpensive treat ($3.49) to cool off on a hot summer day. Make sure you visit the one near the food court at Metrotown Mall. I didn’t see it at the one near Superstore.

I love DQ. I have memories about DQ Orange Julius for as long as I can remember. They are all good, the memories that is but also the food, treats, drinks and ice cream are great. The service was good and getting my order was fast and efficient. The staff was friendly and courteous. This location is inside the Metropolis at Metrotown so washroom facilities are available here.

This location is so frustrating. They don't serve any food, they refuse to accept coupons 9 times out of 10, although sometimes they will which doesn't even make sense. Can't use the app to order from them, can't collect or redeem points, and the staff always has attitude. Everytime I go here I leave either disappointed, angry, or both. The food court location isn't any better either. This mall needs a decent dairy queen. I think Ive made a successful purchase here once. Just a drink. Out of the several times ive gone here as I work in the mall. The workers seem so fed up with people asking for food or to use coupons. Really disappointing location.I mean honestly why can't customers use coupons??? Ridiculous.

Sub-par quality every time Ive gone here. Made by the same 2 workers so full of attitude for no reason... Maybe they hate their jobs?

If could Zero I would. Avoid this location they will refuse to serve most items in last hour but ice cream, refuse let you sleek to the manager on duty avoid avoid bad service

Delicious cake but super disappointed that it’s missing the fudgy cookie centre signature to Dairy Queen cakes! My daughter had wanted Neapolitan ice cream cake but since DQ doesn’t have strawberry ice cream, they said they could use strawberry cheesequake instead. Strawberry cheesequake was good.

Try the new smoothie and medium dipped chocolate cone, excellent！
