I have been coming to this clinic over the last year and I have been seeing Dr. Ganesh. He is extremely talented and knows exactly what he is talking about. On top of that Dr. Gamal and his staff are so patient centric. They put patients first and care truly about their well being. I couldn't recommend this clinic more to anyone.

Have used Physio care Whitby for a few years for various problems and always had excellent results. I love Ghada my physiotherapist, and would not go anywhere else. Even when I moved from being local to about 20 km away I still travel to this clinic. My recent problem was a roto cuff tear in May going from not able to lift my arm at all and in 6 weeks I have no more pain and am able able to go back to the gym. I just have to continue with my exercises but was told if I needed more treatment to just call right away. I would recommend this clinic 100%.

I have had multiple vehicle accidents within the past year. Gamal & his team have gone above & beyond to help me in my recovery process. I highly recommend Physiocare to anyone in need of physical therapy. Amazing customer service.

I have been coming to physio care since March this year for a shoulder issue and have been absolutely blown away by the professionalism of the staff here.Sindu has been treating me from the beginning and she has been so informative and attentive to me. She really goes the extra mile to make sure I am comfortable and really takes the time to ensure I am healing and even offers extra steps to take at home with stretches and exercises. She is very gentle, patient and kind with me.Gamal at the reception is truly a gem and is always going above and beyond to make sure I get the appointments available to suit my schedule.Although I have only been coming here for a few months they truly treat you like family and I look forward to each one of my appointments, not only to heal but to see all the lovely staff! My partner and I had a great experience at Physio Care Whitby! Gamal is very friendly and was so accommodating with our appointment timing. We both had Massage Therapy appointments with Ryan who did an excellent job! The massages were very relaxing and he did a great job to ensure we were comfortable. Ryan was friendly and made great conversation! Thank you to the staff at Physio Care for a great experience. Will definitely be back.

I have been coming here for a few years due to pain during pregnancy and after c-section. I will continue to recommend this place to anyone because they are amazing! The staff are amazing. They truly care about each of their patients, where other places I've been, never felt welcoming. They truly go above and beyond! Highly recommended.

I would highly recommend them, and have found them to be a very professional service place. A family friendly type of atmosphere.What I liked was, I only got the treatment that was required as this is essential in todays day with busy lives. I was not asked to keep coming once my treatment was completed.One of the advantages was their is a dedicated 1 on 1 therapist, so there is consistency and knowledge of health issues. The treatment then becomes “evidence of based treatment”, and focused on the issues.The direct billing is accurate, and easy from a Client perspective.I would highly recommend, this place for all your needs. And, to add they have all the services and some very specialized equipment that others don’t have.Thank You for your service and professionalism.

My daughter received excellent care from Prachi after a volleyball injury. She was always on time to do a thorough assessment, effective laser treatment and recommended easy, yet challenging ways to stretch and strengthen at home. We will continue our care and highly recommend this clinic! Professional physiotherapists and friendly/welcoming reception staff.

My experience with this clinic has been unmatched. The professionalism, the care, the attitude, the personal attention is second to none in the market. I specially want to mention some names - Gamal - the owner - is extremely helpful, soft spoken, and accommodating. He has accommodated my requests for specific slots several times, he listens to your problem with much attention and provides valuable advice. The receptionist - Patty is a lovely lady, very well spoken. Ganesh is a great physiotherapist and has been very helpful in my case. Overall - a 5 star experience! Thanks!
