Well. A 1 star may be a stretch. First I will say the food was good. Portions were good other than what I ordered. I ordered the All you can eat: schnitzel and Caesar salad. The 2 star unpleasant waitress told me that because they were low on schnitzel I was only allowed one piece. If its "all you can eat" should a customer not be allowed to order more and then if the restaurant is out

We had a lovely dinner. The decor is minimal and its lacking a lot of ambiance. I'd say it feels more like a diner, so maybe not the greatest date night or fancy evening. However, what was lacking in interior design was made up for by the food. A unique menu, we both really loved the schnitzel. The food was served very warm, each item on the plate was really delicious. The prices were excellent in today's market. And that weight staff sas very friendly and attentive. We will go back for sure.

Great atmosphere and really good food. Prices were super reasonable, roughly $15-20 a plate. Appetizers range from $5-10 if i remember correctly.Would go again if we are in the area:)

Ceasar salad, EVERY piece of lettuce was brown. Schnitzel chewy and the breading was not nice and crispy. Spaetzel was mush. Will not order from here again.

Food was pretty good but our server was miserable for the first half of our meal. Rolled her eyes when we made or selections. I get it's a small town and the job gets boring but still. If your gonna show up atleast be polite and show a standard of service.

We had the special on Friday, steak with shrimp $24.95. Steak and shrimp was excellent, vegetables were cooked nice however the mashed potato was more of a starchy puree with large quartered raw potato chunks that had an awful mouth feel to eat. Will definitely try again but hopefully avoid the pureed potatoes.

Was a wonderful time. Food was amazing, service was great. Sat down and was waited on immediately. Didn't have to much of a wait for our mains. Non of the 1 star reviews are correct.

Have been here many times and each time it gets a bit better. The food is fantastic the beer is cold, and the service is second to none.I highly recommend.

Went to the sword & Musket, first read the reviews and thought to myself that it couldn't be that bad. Well let me tell you, if you are not a regular there, they definitely make you feel unwelcomed. We had a simple burger and fries and gravy it came out the burgers were medium cooked and the fries were soaked in grease and the gravy didn’t stick to the fries. I let them know that the burgers were not cooked enough and the cook said that, that's the way they cook their burgers there and if I wanted well-done then I should have asked. For the fries the amount of oil in them was crazy, so they made new fries and them too came back soaked in oil. I will definitely not be going back. Both cook and waitress not very pleasant. Very sad because the place is very nice.

We went to this restaurant for the first time. The food was actually not bad though there is some room for improvement. The one waitress ( we didn’t have seemed great). I waitressed for years at multiple places and the waitress we had, putting it politely was absolutely terrible.. Brunette glasses and if you have her move tables immediately. Completely unprofessional, anything we asked for seemed like a chore. I felt no guilt when I left no tip what so ever. Unfortunately, due to her service - we will never return. You have a decent thing going outside of that sword and Musket. My best advise after being a server for years is let her go. She was the worst service I have ever had.
