Je n'ai que de bons mots pour M. Charron. Mon lave-vaisselle avait créé un dégât d'eau, mais il a répondu à mon appel un jour férié, a diagnostiqué le problème au téléphone et est venu réparer l'électro très rapidement. En plus, ses tarifs sont beaucoup plus abordables que ceux des autres réparateurs!!! Je recommande ++++ Merci encore M. Charron.

This business obviously has its fans which is fine, but this was our experience:We asked Mr. Charron to fix our dryer. It was spinning, but it was not heating. We called and he showed up the next day to diagnose the problem. After several minutes looking at the dryer, he told us that the timer was broken and he would order a new part and have it the next day. We told him that would not be necessary. We knew that if it was actually a timer issue we could fix it ourselves. We paid him for his time. The next week we asked a different repair person to look at the dryer. The other repair person determined that a wire had simply fallen off the connection of the heating element. It's an extremely rare occurrence but it can happen. It was not the timer, the timer was in working order.

Mr. Charron fixed my cooktop in less than 10mins. He is polite and professional.
