The front desk staff are very polite and friendly. You always get a very professional (albeit usually completely generic) response when you visit or contact the office. If you live in the area you'll get their newsletters even if you have a no flyers notice on your mailbox.In terms of keeping the Liberals elections promise of electoral reform and environmental protection, Jim has been a terrible disappointment, but as far as day-to-day operations of an MP's office goes his staff and have the place well organized.

Amazing office thank you to you Mr. Jim Carr and everyone in your office

I haven't got any help in my immigration matter at all, sent them a couple of emails and at least 10 voicemails in 3 weeks of time and not even a single reply. Finally decided to go to their office to get some help but the receptionist totally ignored our presence,didn't even acknoledged that we were there ringing the doorbell. So i decided to knock on the door in a hope that she will look at us,even tried calling on the number from outside the phone rang but she didn't bother to answer. Then their neighbors came out and after looking them coming out the lady finally decided to open the door and ask how she can help but guess what you can't even be upset about the fact that noone has replied to you in 3 weeks,later that day i got another call from their office blaming that i was harassing the employee and i was like seriously, please look at the video surviellance than may be talk back to me. Very very bad experience i had. Never going there again for anything, they are out of my voting list al least. So disappointed.

Truly this politician is working for the public and the neighbourhood.Thank you to Jim and the office workers.
