Thanks Kevin Liu from Volvo cars Mississauga for the amazing and thoughtful run through for our new xc90 , gives us a bigger picture of what to expect from a suv.Also a big shout out to Tarquinn Courtnay for the financial questions and make sure we can get our cars soon as possible.Everything done really fast and smooth, people in the store are all really nice and given us professional opinions for our needs.Anyways. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Daniel & Carlie were disgustingly disrespectful and made racists remarks saying “knowing about you people”. Their staff is extremely rude and even when we spoke to the managers we faced further problems. This is truly an outrage and is unacceptable.

Very pleased by Volvo Cars Mississauga.Ivan (Volvo Brand Specialist) was really helpful and knowing of the product. He mad the whole buying process very easy and ensured I was aware of all functionalities on my new car during delivery (XC 40).Dennis (Volvo Financial Specialist) also made the financial part very easy and straightforward. I really appreciated how he explained the options for the extended warranty, very clear and transparent. That's the way every dealer should do it, felt informed and not pressured at all.Also special thanks to Roshan who took me at the airport, clearly contributed to my successful delivery experience.5/5

Got an 2020 Volvo V60 as my first car here. Kevin provided genuine care with his professional knowledge throughout the entire process, not only as a Volvo sale, but also as a V60 owner. Really enjoy the experience here and Volvo Mississauga will be my first consideration for another V60 in the future

My sales man nick was great, took care of me all the way though. Great guy. Got me my dream car(2015 STI). Also had Dennis for my finance guy, he to was great and very knowledgeable on the stis, was quick with all the paper work and even got me a good deal on the warranty. Matthew the pre owned sales manager was great and helped me work out some quirks I had with the car.Overall a good experience

Good luck with getting proper service once you buy the car! The whole nice guys at sale will turn into nightmare when you have to go for service.Spent 4.5K on many things breaking down but for that amount, customer service is garbage.The receptionist is the worst of the worst. I called and she started yelling on the phone saying its not her job if no one is answering at the service. She also said that I am not the only customer. Imagine which other industry will tolerate this!!!Car itself is just average after 7yrs and 89K of driving. Feels like whole system is breaking down!!!

To begin this review, after 3 years of being a loyal customer at Volvo Unionville, I was completely left astonished at the low level of customer service and unacceptable standards showcased to me at that dealership. I decided to give Volvo Mississauga service department a try, and I am truly uplifted by Harley Singh, who proved to showcase that the Volvo brand of customer excellence is still striving very strong. Remarkable customer service was showcased by Harley, taking the time to truly understand my concerns and explain the next steps, etc. I look forward to dealing with Volvo Mississauga for any concerns I may have going forward, whether service or a new car. I'll be sure to relay this to Volvo Canada. Thanks again, team! Way to go!
