Technician was kind and seemed to know what he was doingEnded up losing one key to my van, I had another one but the teeth were worn, and only worked on unlocking the doors.Basically the technician made me two keys, they worked on the doors but not the ignition, the technician told me that the ignition must've been replaced.After towing it to the mechanic, they told me it was the original ignition, and I had to pay an additional $400 in tow fees, a new ignition system, and labour.I feel ripped off as I paid $220 for 2 metal keys (no chip / transponders), the technician gave me the option of buying the keys, and pretty much told me that I would need the keys to open the doors, as the key for the ignition would need to be programmed, I found out that this was all false, $220 for nothing..I understand times are tough but I feel as the technician talked me into buying something that I didn't need all for nothingI wanted a refund from them but haven't asked

Popped my cherry locksmith a few days ago with Pop-A-Lock and I must say, the service was exceptional. Brian was patient in understanding what the issues were and was very thorough with replacing the failed deadbolt that locked me out of my house. This is the second time we had a failed deadbolt installed by our landlord's serviceman, but Brian's team came to save the day. Called them late on a late Wednesday afternoon, got a definite price on the phone, and had myself back in my car by early Thursday afternoon. Excellent service from Brian at Pop A Lock. He accommodated my schedule, explained the products and costs before proceeding and ensured everything was working to my satisfaction. I had a more secure deadbolt and steel plate installed. He adjusted my door, oiled the squeaky hinges and made a recommendation for my gate which was not closing properly. Went above and beyond the contracted service. Would definitely recommend Pop A Lock.

I recently lost my keys for my Van and, in a crutch, I reached out to Pop-a-lock for their well-known key magic. Brian, a very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient serviceman arrived and had me a new key in no time. It was not cheap due to the type of key I required but everything was explained very clearly, and I even received 50 bucks off for being a BCAA member.
