RBC Royal Bank

Once, I tried to withdrawal 15000, the teller refused my request. And she said they don't have enough cash. What a big joke, I just want 15000, not 150000 not 1500000. I have never being turned down by this reason.

The worst Banking Advisor ever in the banking history!There is only a CSR and a BA in the bank on Monday, the flow goes pretty slow. Evetually I get to talk to the BA after about 15mins wait.For a question I only let her double checked once (reply once), because I am sure she is wrong about it, she said how many times do I have to tell you that we don't offer xx in here"Ok Miss

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.... I only went to this branch because I had to deposit a cheque to pay employees. I have been banking with RBC for over 25 years and opened up a business account, I have deposited numerous cheques from an RBC account into the account and this specific location ALWAYS holds it when no one else does. The teller I had was extremely rude and not helpful.

Strange policies. Branch seems to be avoiding work and trying to limit their liability to the detriment of their clients.I work for a local legal services office, and a lot of times we need to do direct deposits for either clients, or other law offices. For all other major banks this isn't a problem. In my previous experience working at other offices, dealing with other RBC branches this isn't a problem. The branch manager here has set a policy refusing to allow 3rd party deposits, even if it is a trust cheque from a lawyer or notary.If this branch took the time to make themselves familiar with their local law offices this wouldn't be a problem. But in the meantime, we continually have to give RBC clients bad news.

Not felt welcome at all when I was there. I walk in around 10 on thursday morning; there was no customer. The asian bank teller gave me a feeling that I owe her couple million dollars and have not paid the interest. She had 0 smile, 0 customer service. I would rather drive extra 15 minutes to another bank than coming back here.

Under staffed. Staff are doing their best

Booked an appointment to meet an advisor, received a confirmation email. Went to the branch and the branch wasn't even open, even though their hours clearly dictate they were open that day, with no signage anywhere stating otherwise.Called RBC through their contact us phone and even the person I was talking to seemed confused, couldn't reach the branch nor the advisor.Only reason I go here cause it's convenient, otherwise I'm switching branches asap (whenever they open, apparently not on time at this point).Tl;dr - Save yourself some time and go to other branches/banks.

Very terrible service. Tellers were rude and dismissive. This bank refused to exchange CAD USD unless the customer has an account with them. Not sure if this is a company wide RBC rule or just this branch making things up. Either way, this RBC does not appreciate foreign business so don't come here if you are a foreigner.

Awful branch. Avoid at all cost. My husband wanted to sign over his pay to my account with me present and they refused. Then he asked to cash the cheque because the cheque was drawn on a RBC account. They refused. We spent 20 min on the phone with RBC customer service. They said according to RBC policy and procedure, we should be able to do either. The customer rep read to us word for word RBC's manual and procedure.This branch is a joke! I wish there was negative star option!

If I had told you the best joke you've ever heard in your life, it still would not come close to as laughable as the level of customer service at this branch. Some guys here look like they spend hours in the morning doing their hair before coming to work, if only they spend as much attention to customers as they do to their hair.
