We booked the party room for our sons 8th birthday. The whole experience was very positive from the time we made the reservations online to when we left it was all a fantastic experience. The staff is very friendly and they have a great process whereby they have a dedicated host to manage your party. Andrew did a great job in managing everything. The venue has a nice mix of trampoline, jungle gym and arcades all in one. We had kids ranging from 3 years old to 16 and they all had a great time. Good amount of sofas arranged throughout the venue for parents to relax while staying close to their children. The place is also well maintained and very clean, seems like a newer place. Would highly recommmend!

We hosted our child's birthday party at this location recently. It was very clean and well organized. The kids all enjoyed themselves. The only problem we had was time.2.5 hours is not enough time to play, eat and celebrate with young kids.Everything seemed rushed.It would be nice to have had the option to purchase more time in the party room when we booked.I think we will look elsewhere next year just for this reason.

If you have a child who would be making use of their “under 5” play area section I’d recommend against coming here. All of the toys along the wall are in various stages of disrepair and most are nothing but colourful adornments meant to frustrate young children. My daughter (15 months) was able to play with very few things as most were broken. I had a very sad little girl wandering around the playground she couldn’t actually play in.That being said, I did talk to a person at the front desk and she gave my daughter a free ball so she had something to do. The person also said she would talk to her manager. But my recommendation is that if you have a young child under 2.5 then this isn’t the right place for them until the repairs have been made.(Edited to a 2star after talking to some mom friends. Apparently the toddler section has been broken for months. Obviously they are not willing to provide a safe and engaging environment for the infants and toddlers.)My son (3.5 years) had a blast. Absolutely loved the giant structure and trampolines.

We recently held our son's birthday celebration at this venue and it was an enjoyable experience. The party package we selected provided us with the use of a private room for 2 hours, along with 2.5 hours of play time. The package also included 4 pizzas, 15 bottles of water, 15 boxes of juice, and a Dairy Queen ice cream cake. Additionally, we received 2 complimentary entries for the birthday child. Overall, we were thoroughly satisfied with our experience and look forward to returning in the future.

Awesome place for kids. Book tickets online and fill the wavier form. You can also bring your own non slip socks, as it’s mandatory. A lot of fun area for kids. It also has arcade games area, which needs you to buy play cards. You can’t bring food inside as they have their own cafeteria. So much of fun for kids, they can spend 4-5 hours without being bored. Obstacles, trampoline, puzzles and slides, so much to do. The staff is quite helpful and guides properly. Definitely going there again.

We've been here 3 or 4 times now for birthday parties which are always fun and its a great play place - giving it 2 stars though as each time we've gone, there are no security measures like we've seen in other places. You are given parent/child wristbands, but nobody checks the bands when you leave. The door to get in and out is just a swinging door, and kids can leave at any time, adults can go in without anyone checking if they're a parent - so as a parent I've always got this in the back of my mind while there, and therefore not able to fully relax. Even if you tried to keep track of your kid, you just can't in this place - which would be totally fine if you knew your kid couldn't just leave or be walked out by someone else.

Great First Visit On Family Day!Kids had a ton of fun on the trampolines and in the indoor playground. Was nice to see that bottles of water aren’t ridiculously priced (less than $2/bottle) and the Combo Deals offered upon arrival seemed to be reasonably priced.Nice way to spend the day in a more active setting

I've been here several times. Every time I come here it gets worse. They have changed the wristbands to stickers". I arrived with my children at 4:28pm. The sticker says "4:00 -6:30pm) umm what? 2.5 hours of play time the website says for weekend play. I didn't plan on staying until 7pm but maybe people should know you're going to really be this petty. If you want people to eat and play at the arcade

We went here for a birthday party and it was super fun! Lots of trampolines, slides and climbing stuff!
