Sid is the man. I have an international model phone (Note 10 Lite) and had a battery issue a little while ago. He was able to order the replacement and swap it in a very reasonable amount of time, maybe a day or two. Then about a week ago I dropped my phone weird and the screen cracked. Went right back and he ordered the new one. I popped by to check up on it and he'd just gotten the shipment. Fixed up it immediately while I was there. Especially with having a weird model of phone l, it can he awkward to deal with replacements and such. But I'm very pleased with the level of service I received
