Went to buy ILM’s for plumbing level 2. I asked one of staff member to help in finding the right study material and he helped me out which is great but when I was checking out, I asked about returning policies and I was told that we won’t refund if it’s open package. So, how would I know if it’s the right package I am buying? I trusted them and came home. After opening the package I found there is nothing that’s relevant to syllabus.It’s completely unfair, waste of money and time.

Went a couple days before school started to pick up a textbook. There were lots of other students with the same idea! The line up was roped off and went quickly. Students were let in a few at a time so the store wasn't crowded. Everything was clearly labeled and lots of staff on the floor to help. All the rolled were open and that line moved quickly too. Cashier's were very efficient and I got in and out pretty fast considering the number of people.

The staff is friendly and helpful, I get everything required for my courses here. Have only had one experience where a text book shipment was delayed, so instead of having it for the first day I had it for the third, every other experience has been quick, easy, efficient and comparably priced.
