We ordered a seafood platter that included oysters which appeared noticeably smaller than those seen in other photos posted on social media. I expressed my doubts about the size of the oysters to the waitress, she insisted that they were the same size as those in the photo, despite a normal eyesight person thinks other wise. The waitress did not take any further action to address our concerns, but suggested that we should order more oysters……The single oyster that we did consume had a hard shell. And when knowing I’ll leave a review note, the waitress asked that her name not be included because it will impact her performance……and so I didn’t as promised. Despite this experience, we still chose to leave a decent tip, because the reason of the dissatisfaction stemmed not from the taste of the food, but rather the waitress's incompetence.

Their happy hour menu is value worthy. Their sushi tacos and pizza are delicious and have good portion. One of their staff gave the wrong information regarding their happy hour menu. However, their manager went above and beyond our expectations, fixed all mistakes, and offered price adjustment.

The 5 stars are for Shania. She was great and we had a wonderful time. She took goof care of us. Also we did not have to wait for our food, the food was awesome and me personally ended up ordering sushi again.Great Service. Good food. Great Atmosphere.

The food, drinks, and atmosphere is always super nice at this spot! Tonight, Peter was our server and we couldn’t be happier. Incredibly kind, hospitable, and efficient! Super duper nice guy who made us feel welcome! The menu is also top-notch with something for everyone. Love Earls!!

Busy place. Making reservations prior to going is a good idea. You might still be able to get a spot if you walk in. Food taste - 3.5/5. Food quantity - 3.5/5. Service - 4/5. Cleanliness - 3/5. Atmosphere - 4/5. I ordered Yucatan chicken tacos. Nothing special other than a fancy name. One of us ordered Blackened chicken. It was good taste wise but the price and quantity were miles apart. Sweet potatoes fries were a bit on the soggy side. Meat in burger was well cooked. Server was very pleasant and kept a calm composure as the restaurant was very hectic at that time of the day- Saturday late afternoon. I could have rated 4/5 but some basic things put us off - water glasses were not sparkling clean. So overall a mixed bag.

It was my first time trying this place, you can make a reservation or be seated, place is lively, warm and inviting and they are very friendly. My group and I shared. The seating is comfortable and you will leave happy not miserable. Tips are good and servers deserve more recognition. Trust me I ain't lying to get attention it's called honesty and kindness.

The spinach dip and chicken alfredo were both delicious, and the portions were super filling. I wish I took some pictures of the aesthetic because it was super cute, but where we were seated felt super awkward since others were facing forward towards our table, next time it would be nice to have a more private table area. Overall really good experience and the cheese cake slice was yummy too.

I went Earls for the first time. I must say it was worth the visit. We ordered so much (:P): Caesar Salad, Pizza, Tacos, Truffle Fries, Bangkok Bowl with Chicken, Cajun chicken, Chicken wings, Angry Chicken Lettuce Wraps and Sticky Toffee Chocolate Pudding. Everything was a 10/10.The service was great. We even requested if we could get a Hot Toddy (not in the menu). Thanks to our server and the bar tender, we got it.We loved our weekend visit to Earls.There’s a happy hour on food and drinks from 2-5 pm which helps you save some money :)

Went to Earls for the first time in Sunday for my birthday, happy to say I will be returning!The food was absolutely phenomenal, the hospitality and atmosphere was also perfect! I felt so welcomed and comfortable.As well, my friend and I were lucky enough to be served by CJ! He was absolutely phenomenal.Attentive, funny , kind , and was ready with honest and amazing recommendations! He seemed as though he genuinely loves what he does, and he cares about everyone he serves . If you can ask for a server, ask for him, he will not disappoint!Thank you for an amazing birthday. I'll be back soon :)
